The machine demonstrates outstanding sewing capabilities
with its world-record sewing speed of 2,700rpm.
This computer-controlled machine is provided as standard
with 30 different sewing patterns, all of which can be
instantaneously selected enlarged, and reduced. With its
direct-driven machine head directly coupled with a
compact AC servomotor, the machine promises excellent
responsiveness and upgraded stop accuracy. In addition,
with its newly developed high-torque, high-precision feed
mechanism, the machine offers remarkable sewing
capabilities. The feed mechanism also reduces vibration
and noise even during high-speed operation, thereby
ensuring a more comfortable working environment.
The LK-1900 Series offers more than just higher efficiency
and upgraded flexibility in the bartacking process ––
it opens up an entirely new era in bartacking.

HIGHER PRODUCTIVITY
The machine ensures higher productivity with
its world-record sewing speed in bartacking,
2,700rpm.
The machine's maximum sewing speed of 2,700rpm, far
exceeds the speeds of conventional bartacking machines,
setting a new world record. Marked reductions have been
achieved in the time required to lift/lower the presser foot,
perform jumping, trim the thread, and operate the wiper,
thereby reducing the total cycle time and ensuring higher
productivity.
EXCELLENT SEWING CAPABILITIES
Sewing capabilities that flexibly respond to a
wide variety of materials.
With its upgraded feed efficiency and increased needle
penetration force, the machine offers dramatically improved
sewing capabilities. To serve a wider range of applications,
the machine is available in four models: the S type (standard),
H type (for heavy-weight materials), F type (for foundation),
and M type (for knits and knitted fabric).

The normal sewing speed is 2,000rpm for the F and M types.

IMPROVED OPERABILITY
● Operation panel
Easy entry of settings through the operation panel.
Sewing speed, the value set for the bobbin thread counter, and all
other settings for the machine functions can be adjusted with ease
via the operation panel. As many as seven frequently used sewing
patterns can be assigned to the function keys for single-key calling.
Cycle sewing patterns combining several different sewing patterns
can also be assigned to the function keys. In addition, the machine's
standard bobbin thread counter is equipped with a four-digit display.
And, for easier operation, the operation panel can be installed on
the top surface, undersurface, or left or right side of the table.
By combining exceptional responsiveness with
low-noise and low-vibration operation, the
machine allows the operator to carry out sewing
works in complete comfort.
Function key
● The panel can be positioned as desired.
The machine head's slim shape provides a larger space under the
arm for easier handling of the material and continuous sewing
works. The machine head is directly driven by a compact AC
servomotor, upgrading responsiveness and achieving a higher stop
accuracy. In addition, the machine is provided with a needle barreverse function for stepping with the needle raised to the highest
dead point. This permits easy setting of heavy-weight materials.

UPGRADED FLEXIBILITY
● Direct-driven machine head (with no belt)
The machine speedily executes a wide variety
of sewing patterns.
The machine is provided as standard with 30 different patterns
such as large bartacking, small bartacking, and linear
bartacking in accordance with the needle entry pattern and
number of stitches. The pattern that best suits the current
sewing process can be selected in just a few easy steps.
The machine's sewing area is 20mm by 40mm.
Since its sewing area responds to linear bartacking and most
other bartacking processes, the machine is capable of fully
utilizing a wide variety of patterns. The machine is provided
with a large-capacity memory for storage of a wide range of
scales for enlargement/reduction of patterns, as well as a
sufficient number of stitches and patterns, thereby ensuring
even greater flexibility.
UPGRADED MAINTAINABILITY
The machine design does not require a feed
cam or a stop-motion mechanism.
Since the machine has neither a feed cam nor a stop-motion
mechanism that mechanically stops the machine, no
maintenance is required. Since no stop-motion noise is
generated when the machine stops, the operator can enjoy the
comfort of an even quieter working environment.

flexibility is attained through easy operation.

● Seams on jacket
The machine ensures high-quality bartacks on eyelet buttonholes.
The machine is provided with a material-drawing mechanism which draws the right and
left parallel portions of an eyelet buttonhole near to one another. The machine
performs bartacking with the right and left parallel portions of the eyelet buttonhole
drawn near to one another after the buttonhole is clamped under the work clamp foot,
thereby finishing highly durable and well-tensed eyelet buttonholes.
The sewing pattern best suited to the sewing product to be
bartacked can be selected by single-key operation.
Three different sewing patterns (21-, 28- and 36-stitch bartacking) are prepared to
enable easy switchover of sewing sizes. If the sewing patterns are assigned to the
function keys on the operation panel, the sewing patterns can be called up or changed
with single-key operation. The machine sews the most optimally suited bartacks on
eyelet buttonholes on the front bodies of garments and straight buttonholes that differ
in stitch number and size on jacket lapels, thereby improving the finished quality of
sewing products.
● Straight buttonhole on lapel
The material drawing mechanism can be switched to ON/OFF.
The material drawing amount can be adjusted to 3mm at maximum. The material
drawing mechanism can be switched ON/OFF in accordance with the setting of the
memory switch. With these features, the material drawing mechanism can be used
with greater flexibility.
