To support the business development / sales
process and help drive Services revenues, Partner
MDF is now available to help fund customer visits to
Brno. The EMEA Support Centre, located in Brno,
the Czech Republic, is a key Motorola Solutions
differentiator and a “must” for prospects and
customers to visit. As the customer services hub for
Motorola Solutions mobility business, this state of
the art shared services facility houses the ISO9001
certified repair centre; along with our multi-lingual
technical and non-technical support teams.
THE DETAIL
Guidance for CAMs Arranging Sales Trips
to Brno
1. Channel Account Manager and Customer Service
Manager (CAM / CSM) to agree attendees based on the
customer and the opportunity.
2. CAM and CSM / SSM build agenda together,
highlighting any tour requests, meetings required with
Brno managers/associates etc.
3. Agenda sent to the appropriate Brno assistant
(dependant on customer/visit objectives) who will
provide support:
• Katerina Kusmicova - International Repair Centre (IRC)
• Karolina Krejcirova - EMS Brno Support Centre
• Marketa Zidkova - Finance
4. The Brno assistant will arrange transfers between
airport and Brno, book the hotel rooms, reserve onsite
meeting room, ensure appropriate Brno associates are
available and arrange catering for the day of the event.
Catering Options:
Either the internal Brno catering company recommended for smaller events, with payment
cash only.
Or external catering - recommended for larger events,
payment by invoice.
- CAM must state their preferred option in advance
- In both instances, sales must cover catering costs as it
is not possible for Brno to cover initially and recharge

their customer
• Motorola employees book flights and hotel via the internal
system
• Partners can claim back the following costs from MDF (subject
to usual CHAMP approval)
• Cost of 1 night’s standard hotel rooms for 2x customer and
1x Partner (max $200 per person)
• Entertainment for 2x customer, 1x Partner + 1x Motorolan
at max $100 per head
• Max total claim: $1000
