KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER ACCOUNT MANAGER Job description:  keeping and maintaining the contact with the customer with full support in commercial and technical issues  monitoring the customer satisfaction  promotion of the company and company products (trade fairs,  observing the situation on the relevant market and gaining the market data  searching for new customers and approaching them websites, company presentation, etc.)  collect information about delivery and field issues  help collect payments and more precisely overdue payments  mapping the customer needs, acquiring of new RFQ  calculation of selling price, creation and sending of offers to from the customer  collecting Sales KPI´s and further analyzing (sales outlook, customers  offer and negotiate important service contracts  acquiring of new orders  negotiating price and other terms and conditions in line with company contract boundaries budget, etc.)  reporting the results to the manager We require:  high school diploma or university degree (engineering)  units/gears, sales experience  handover of new orders to order/project management with all required documents  fluent in spoken and writen English and German, (Russian and other languages – advantage)  keeping eye on running projects with support to customer and order/project management five or more years of experience working in design of gear  excellent communication skills, team spirit, flexibility We offer: attractive wage conditions, 13th salary paid in two parts, 5 weeks of vacation, contributions for luncheon vouchers, stabilization bonuses,..
