TOURNAMENT RULES
USA Ultimate 11th Edition Rules
Game Length
• All games are to 13. Point cap at 15.
• Saturday:
! Pools A and B will have 90 minute rounds.
! Pools C, D, E, and F will have 105 minute rounds
! Hard cap goes off 5 minutes before the end of the round.
• Sunday:
! All Bracket rounds are 105 minutes.
! Soft cap at 90 minutes; hard cap at 100 minutes.
! 10 Teams do not make the bracket – re-seeded into two pools of 5
! Rounds for pools of 5 are 90 minutes, with hard cap at 85

Sunday:
! Bracket Play will have one horn for soft cap, two horns for hard cap
! Pool Play will have three horns for hard cap
Three-way ties in pool play:
Results will be determined using:
1. Point differential among teams in the tie
2. Point differential against the rest of the pool
3. Total points scored
4. Coin-Flip
Timeouts
• One timeout per half, plus one floater
• Caps do not affect timeouts

Showcase games start at 5:00 PM
Pizza will be provided for teams during the games
! Pizza will arrive around 5:00 PM
! Three pizza vouchers, attached to the last page of this captain’s packet, can be redeemed at tournament central.
We will be giving out a Spikeball set and other miscellaneous swag during the game/halftime.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR REPORTING SCORES
Please report your scores via text message. At the end of the day, check to make sure that your scores are reported at Tourney Central.
You may also report your scores via the USAU SRT. If possible, please report your halftime scores as well, so that people can follow from
home.
