 The official site for any Big Side of Texas Championships updates will be www.brownleeracing.com  The decision to postpone or cancel races is the decision of Brownlee Racing along with local track officials.  It is our goal to promote uniformity between tracks but conditions could arise that would require divisions this could impact proposed times.  Each track will have a paid practice on Saturday; the amount is set by each track.  The gate fee is set by each track and will cover a wristband that is required for gate entry.  Entries fees are set by each track  Primitive camping is available at no charge.  Each track has their own rules which will be posted along with the official Big Side of Texas rules. The Big Side of Texas rules govern the behavior of all attendees, on track competition along with safety on/off the track which includes pit areas.  We expect good turnouts this year and we will continue to be the only amateur series that pays at series end 50% of the class up to 10 places for riders making 4 of 5 rounds. For example if we have 22 250 Novice riders that make 4 of 5 rounds we will pay 10 places. W will be pay 1st-5th in classes where 5 riders make the required number of rounds. If we have a class that has only 3 rider’s make 4 of the 5 rounds we will pay only 3 places. We will continue the existing format, if this is hardship we sincerely apologize.  We will post the criteria for the Factory Ride for the Day 2015 before round 1. We will once again award two awards this year and winners are chosen by representatives of the motorcycle industry, no Brownlee Racing employee or track owners have any input. Deadline for submitting your application will be Monday April 27, 2015, no exceptions. Saturday The practice will be 3-4 hours depending on the tracks discretion, we suggest practice begin at 10:00 am. Depending on the number of entries and possible divisions within classes our goal will be to start races shortly after practice to allow for any track preparation. All track owners will do everything in their power to complete the first set of motos on Saturday. Should we not get all rounds complete on Saturday we will pick up where we stopped Saturday on Sunday morning and then complete the remaining second motos.
