Are you in need of a night out? Don’t want to go too far? We have the perfect solution!
The St. Mary School Dinner & Raffle is just around the corner. Treat yourself to a night
away now that the hustle and bustle of the holiday season is over. The big night is set for
February 8, 2014. Come support the students of St. Mary’s while enjoying a catered
dinner from Taste of Heaven, a live auction, silent auction, special raffle, entertainment,
and dancing. You deserve to be there! Reserve your seat by sending a check and any
seating requests to the school office. Ticket sales will be closing on January 24th!
Please send your checks ($50 per person, payable to St. Mary School) to the school along

Cash Prizes
Everyone that attends the Dinner & Raffle is automatically eligible to win cash prizes! The following prizes are
awarded: 1 - $1000, 1 - $500, 2 - $250, 10 - $100
Door Prizes
Everyone that attends the Dinner & Raffle is automatically eligible to win a door prize. There are nearly 50 door
prizes that will be awarded that evening and they range in value from $10 - $150!

Silent Auction
Nearly 100 silent auction packages will be available in the school library & north hallway for your viewing and
bidding pleasure! There are a wide variety of items at different values so there truly is something for every
bidder! Be sure to check out the themed Classroom Baskets which are always a popular part of the Silent
Auction!
Live Auction
We have 21 amazing live auction items that will also be available that evening. Our guests will enjoy the spirited
nature of a live auction as well as the opportunity to bid on some wonderful items!
Fund-a-Need
The best way to be a winner at the St. Mary School Dinner & Raffle is by attending this great event and supporting
our school! At the end of our Live Auction we will feature the “Fund-a-Need” as an opportunity for anyone
looking for an additional way to support the school. Prior to the event, the school identifies a specific need that
they have and the conclusion of our Live Auction gives our guests the opportunity to make a monetary donation
specifically to this cause. For 2014, our school has identified iPads, an iPad cart, and new lockers as the most
urgent needs. Donations made during the Fund-a-Need portion of the evening will go directly for these identified
needs.
