DETOX TIPS!
1. E xercise can cause inflammation. Your goal during DETOX week is to clean your body and flush your system by removing as much
inflammation as possible. This is best accomplished by NOT exercising in the 7-day DETOX phase (low impact cardio, like walking is okay).
2. Drink as much water as possible during DETOX week (within the recommended guidelines). Always carry a water bottle with you!
3. You
can extend your DETOX Phase to 14 days (instead of 7) if one or more of the following describes you:
• You have 50 lbs or more to lose
• You drink alcohol beverages 3+ times per week
• You are a smoker
1. Pick one day a week and make it your meal prep day!
2. Drink plenty of water and always carry a water bottle with you!
