“10,000 Reasons (Bless the Lord)”
by Matt Redman
Chorus:
Bless the Lord, O my soul, O my soul; Worship His holy name,
Sing like never before, O my soul; I'll worship your holy name.
Verse 1:
The sun comes up, it's a new day dawning, It's time to sing your
song again. Whatever may pass, and whatever lies before me, Let
me be singing when the evening comes.
(Repeat Chorus)
Verse 2:
You're rich in love, and you're slow to anger. Your name is great,
and your heart is kind. For all your goodness, I will keep on
singing; ten thousand reasons for my heart to find.
(Repeat Chorus)
Verse 3:
And on that day when my strength is failing, the end draws near,
and my time has come; Still, my soul will sing Your praise
unending ten thousand years, and then forevermore!
(Repeat Chorus)
Verse 4:
Worship your holy name, worship your holy name,
I’ll worship your holy name.
Sing like never before, O my soul; I'll worship your holy name,
Worship your holy name, Worship Your holy name.
(Repeat Chorus)

*CENTERING IN GOD’S WORD
“The time is coming, declares the Lord,
when I will make a new covenant with the people of Israel and
Judah.
It won’t be like the covenant I made with their ancestors when I took
them by the hand to lead them out of the land of Egypt.
They broke that covenant with me even though I was their husband,
declares the Lord.
No, this is the covenant that I will make with the people of Israel after
that time, declares the Lord.
I will put my Law within them and engrave it on their hearts.
I will be their God, and they will be my people.
They will no longer need to teach each other to say, ‘Know the
Lord!’
because they will all know me, from the least of them to the greatest,
declares the Lord;
for I will forgive their wrongdoing and never again remember their
sins.” (Jeremiah 31:31-34)
