We are thrilled that there is such a resurgence of
interest in Britain’s manufacturing talents and, as a
heritage company at the heart of this for nearly 150
years now, we remain, more than ever, committed
to our way of doing things.
We believe that making our fine leather goods in
our own English workshop puts us in the privileged
position of being able to give every single piece
we create our individual attention.
Moreover, it makes us totally accessible to you – the
owner of our creations – for advice on anything from
choosing the right piece, through caring for it, to
repairing it after a busy life if it becomes (as most of our
bags do) a treasured friend not to be parted with.

long time and indeed, we guarantee to
fix anything that goes wrong as a result
of a defect in our manufacturing for as
long as you own it. Also, because we
know you like to use our bags long
and hard, we are adept at bringing them
back to life when you have worn them
out, like the soles of your favourite
shoes, and we will quote for any such
repairs individually.
We’re pretty sure you’ll love your
TUSTING items but we understand
the difficulties buying on-line presents!
Please rest assured that we operate a
full, 14-day returns policy. If you don’t
like what you’ve bought, simply return
it to us. For full details please refer

bespoke and personalised items are
