Sam and Janey Stewart’s son Charlie was
born with a serious heart defect. Charlie
was one of the most spiritually alive kids
you could ever meet, and he loved to
share. On February 1, 1996, Charlie’s
heart just couldn’t hold out any longer,
and he went home to be with the Lord.
The Stewarts were missionaries serving
in Guatemala, and one day at lunchtime
there was a knock at their door. When
Janey opened the door, she found two
little boys begging for food. Janey felt
the Lord telling her to “Give them
Charlie’s lunch.” She did, and that act
grew into the ministry named Charlie’s
Lunch, which today feeds thousands of
hungry children all over the world.
fter hearing the story of Charlie’s Lunch, we fell in love with
this ministry and knew that you would too! Two years later,
we have annually funded 7 Charlie’s Lunchrooms in Mexico,
Honduras, and Guatemala, with more to come! Today, 420
children receive 3 hot lunches each week in these
lunchrooms. At the same time, they receive love and support
from the volunteer staff, who also teach our kids how much
God loves them too! As we have personally visited every one
of our lunchrooms and shared with the kids, we can honestly say
that this is a ministry that feeds the body and soul of these children,
and we are proud to be a part of it!

100% of our profits from Charlie’s Lunchboxes and the Charlie’s Lunch Cookbook are used
to fund new and existing lunchrooms. The purchase of 1 Charlie’s Lunchbox or Cookbook
sponsors a child for almost a month! 15 sponsors one child for a year!
We also encourage customers to Round Up their totals. That change goes to our Lunch Money
Fund, which in 2009, funded an entire lunchroom for a year! Every penny counts!

Being new to direct sales I was
not sure what to expect when
I joined Initial Outfitters in
September 2006. I wanted to
help my sister launch Initial
Outfitters and earn extra
income for our family while
staying home with our two
children. I was excited and started
recruiting right away. God has
blessed my business, and my team has
grown to over 140 incredible women
who support and encourage one another in
our businesses.
I am very thankful for a job where I am able to set my own hours, stay home with our
children, and earn around $50 an hour... plus my downline commissions.
When Initial Outfitters partnered with the Charlie’s Lunch ministry, I knew
immediately that I wanted to raise enough money to open a lunchroom. This was an
incredible opportunity to make a difference in the lives of children. In 6 months my
team met the challenge and in February of 2009 our lunchroom opened in Las Flores
Mexico! 60 children’s lives are forever changed! Changed because a team of ladies
worked together selling lunchboxes and God blessed it.
If you had asked me 5 years ago if I would be in direct sales, I would have said no. I
was unaware of the blessings that would come from it. This has been an incredible
opportunity for me and my family. I have been blessed in ways I never could have

When I joined Initial Outfitters
in April 2009, I had not seen the
products and didn’t know anyone
around me that had even heard of the
company. However, when I found
the company online, I knew that this
was for me. Direct sales have always
been my heart and personalization
was just the icing on the cake!
When I started my business I worked
full time and with two beautiful baby
girls that was another full time job for me. I
quickly realized that I would be able to fit Initial
Outfitters in my schedule very easily. I fell in love with all
of the personalized products, what the company stands for and Charlie’s Lunch. After 5
months, I quit my job and made Initial Outfitters my full time business. I knew that God
had a plan for me and I should take advantage of the opportunity and be successful!
I have been so blessed by all of the people that I have come in contact with since
beginning this journey as well as my fabulous team that I have built over the last year. I
am so happy to be a leader and a Founding Consultant with such a fabulous company. I
never expected this business to grow as quickly as it did or give me as much freedom as
it has but I am truly grateful. Not only is the money awesome but as an added bonus…I
was able to earn a trip for two for my husband and I to attend the cruise to the Bahamas

Since my children were born, I’ve monogrammed just about everything that the embroiderer would
accept. Engraved jewelry represents such class and has an ‘Heirloom’ quality that just makes it even
more precious. I’ve met very few people in my lifetime who didn’t love a personalized gift. That’s
one of the main reasons that I wanted to be a part of Initial Outfitters. We have that extra “something
special!” I knew the company would excel because of this, and I wanted to be a part of that. I joined
in October 2006, and it was a great decision. Being a leader and a Founding Consultant for such a
wonderful company has brought many blessings to my family including debt-free Christmases! For a
single mother with two teenagers, that is wonderful!
Through Initial Outfitters, not only
have I found financial blessings,
but also a way to help feed hungry

of Christ. In February 2009, my
team reached their goal of selling
over 1137 Charlie’s Lunch Boxes
which allowed us to adopt a
Lunch Room in Guatemala where
children and their families literally
live under a bridge.

Southern Lady magazine in September 2007, I knew Initial Outfitters
