Wallpaper* Handmade with Jaguar makes its London debut at Harrods Wallpaper* Handmade, the must-see exhibition during Milan’s Salone del Mobile, has made its London debut at Harrods. A spectacular ‘best of ’ presentation, accompanied by five unique new pieces produced in collaboration with Jaguar, is now on display across 12 windows of the iconic Knightsbridge store. Handmade is a groundbreaking celebration of contemporary design and craft. Since 2010, Wallpaper* has acted as curator, client and creative director, bringing together the world’s best designers, artists, makers and manufacturers to create hundreds of one-off design wonders. Over 80 of the Wallpaper* Handmade pieces, produced by the likes of Konstantin Grcic, Brioni, Alfredo Häberli, Sou Fujimoto, Hermès, Mary Katrantzou, Zaha Hadid Architects, Harry Winston, Isay Weinfeld, Paul Cocksedge, Michael Anastassiades, the late David Collins, BarberOsgerby, Naoto Fukasawa, Louis Vuitton, Sam Hecht and Poltrona Frau, to name a few, will be on display at Harrods until 22 October. They will be joined by five new concept products – by Moritz Waldemeyer, Neri & Hu, Mathieu Gustafsson, Fredrikson Stallard and Salvatori & Jaguar Advanced Design – which explore Jaguar’s design language and advanced technology.
