Tourist Requirements
1.) PHYSICAL SUMBISSION AT THE CONSULATE /EMBASSY
· Passport: Original Passport with validity of 6 months and minimum two
blank pages for visa stamp.
i. Attach all old passports if any.

Turkey Visa Application Form: One visa application form back to back,
duly ﬁlled and signed by the applicant.

Photo Speciﬁcation: Two recent photographs with matt or semi matt
ﬁnish, 80% face coverage, light background and without border (Size:
35mm x 45mm). Photo should not be 1 month old and scanned/stapled and
should not be used in any of the previous visas.

Covering Letter: Covering letter from applicant on business letter head
mentioning name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of
visit in brief. The letter addressed to –
Consulate General of Turkey, Mumbai
Jurisdiction: Maharashtra, Goa, Gujarat, Kerala, Puducherry, Pondicherry, Dadra
and Nagar Haveli, Daman and Diu.

Jurisdiction: Delhi, West Bengal, Punjab, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Bihar,
Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Jharkand, Madhya Pradesh,
Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Rajasthan, Sikkim, Tripura, Uttar
Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Chandigarh, Lakshadweep.
Consulate General of the Republic of Turkey, Hyderabad
Jurisdiction: Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Orissa
And should have company seal on it.
Please Note: Covering Letter on Letterhead if applicant is Self Employed or on
plain paper if Employed.

Airline Reservation: Conﬁrmed Air Ticket.
Hotel: Hotel Conﬁrmation, Tour Itinerary and Tour Conﬁrmation.
Financial Requirement:
a) Original personal bank statement of last 3 months with bank seal &
sign and minimum balance of Rs. 1 lakh per applicant.
b) Salary Slip for last 3 months with company seal and NOC letter from
the company. (If Employed).

Proof of Occupation:
a) Self Employed: Company registration copy or partnership deed.
b) Employed: Original Leave sanction letter with company seal,
authorized signatory, person name and designation.
2.) E- VISA SUBMISSION :
E Visa is valid for Tourist and Trade purposes only.
Documents Required: Valid passport for 6 months from the date you intend to
enter Turkey.
Valid and travelled - UK, US or Schengen Visa can apply for E visa.
