2015 DATES ANNOUNCED
The ever popular Crystal Palace Overground Festival returns to Crystal Palace
on Wednesday 24 – Sunday 28 June, offering fun for all. Festival fringe events
will take place on 24 – 26 June with the Westow Park main park event on
Sunday 28 June.
The festival, now in its 9th year, goes from strength to strength each year with
Arts Council and Film London funding for the first time in 2014.
Noreen Meehan, festival director, said: “The festival is supported by local
businesses, community groups, artists and performers and of course, our
wonderful volunteers. These are the people who make it happen and their input
should be celebrated!
“For 2015, we hope to bring the festival back with a bang and are looking for
sponsors, advertisers, stallholders and volunteers to make it happen.
“Today, the festival is more important than ever, it’s one of the groups that keeps
our community united. It’s also a wonderful way of meeting your neighbours and
making new friends through volunteering.
“Local businesses get very positive exposure by supporting this much-loved
festival and we have already signed up Crystal Palace-based Westow House,
Amphlett Lissimore, iMove Estate Agents, Words & Pictures and Martin & Co
Estate Agents as platinum sponsors for the Westow Park event and South of the
River as a Silver sponsor.

About the Crystal Palace Overground Festival
Crystal Palace Overground Festival is a free family-friendly music and arts
festival run by a team of dedicated volunteers.
It was launched in 2007 by Upper Norwood Triangle traders and has gone from
strength to strength with over 6,000 people attending last year’s event.
The festival provides a platform for the many creative and diverse people,
musicians, traders and artists of Crystal Palace, and showcases Crystal Palace,
its people and all it has to offer to visitors from across London, and beyond!
