The seminar is contacted by the well known athlete and coach Vasilis Krommidas. It is addressed mainly to coaches but also to athletes that want to improve their training routines for optimal racing. The language of the seminar is Greek and the total duration is 12 hours spread over the weekend. We believe that his is a unique opportunity to take advantage of Vasilis's presence on the island and get answers to specific questions on your training. The host hotel is Golden Arches in Limassol. We have negotiated a special deal for those who might want to stay overnight. The price is €65 for a double room with breakfast and one meal. The other meals are offered by the Federation.
