Guidelines for Abstract/ Paper Submission: Original and unpublished research papers/ articles are invited on the above mentioned themes from academicians, consultants, industry practitioners and research scholars. Abstract should be in about 250-300 words and should be sent to [email protected] It should include the title, author’s name, mailing address, telephone number and e-mail id. The full paper should be within 5000 words or 12 pages (inclusive of references and appendices) It should be in A4 size format, Times new roman font with heading in font size 14 and the text of size12 with spacing 1.5 and justified alignment. All tables and figures should be numbered and should be aligned in the text with suitable captions. APA citation should be used to cite and create references.
