Dear Tournament Coordinator,
Thank you for your interest in booking your golf event with the Teulon Golf
& Country Club. We appreciate the opportunity to display why the Teulon
Golf & Country Club would be a great facility to host your golf event.
The Teulon Golf & Country Club is an 18-hole golf course with a driving
range, shower and locker facilities, and a licensed clubhouse which can
accommodate up to 150 players. Teulon is one of Manitoba’s finest golf
courses and is well known for its great fairways and greens. Teulon golf
course is a challenge for the experienced golfer, yet fun for the novice
golfer.
Our 2015 Tournament Package is enclosed for you to refer to as you plan

TEE TIME TOURNAMENT

Booking deposit of $200.00 or Valid Credit Card
Participant size of 24 + players
Each group consists of no more than four players. Groups start on the first hole
and tee off consecutively until all players are on the golf course.
Driving range is NOT included in the green fee price
Pull carts are NOT included

All players must use power carts
Teulon Golf & Country Club staff will set-up sponsor signs & hole contest signs
that are dropped off at least 24 hours prior to event.
All groups will use a Texas scramble format unless authorized to play another
format by the Head Professional.
Each group consists of no more than four players (unless otherwise authorized).

Thank you for selecting Teulon G & CC for your next company or group tournament. We
would like to draw your attention to the following requirements for hosting an event at
our facility:
Requirements
 All tournaments are responsible for any damage to the premises by his/her
guests or independent contractors.
 All food & beverage served at Teulon Golf Course is to be provided by the
club.
 All food & beverage is subject to P.S.T., G.S.T. and gratuity.
 Guaranteed number of guests attending the function are required 72 hours
before the event.
Dress Code & M.L.C.C. regulations will be enforced.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: The TEULON G & CC reserves the right to bill for the total number
of golfers and plates requested for meals, unless changed prior to 72 hours of the function.
