PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THE
REHEARSAL SCHEDULE - MAY 2015
We know that it can be frustrating or even confusing to have rehearsal times and days change.
Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
Rehearsals are always loud, messy and full of commotion. Extra bodies only get in the way. PLEASE
DO NOT BRING SIBLINGS OR FRIENDS TO REHEARSALS. They will get to see you perform onstage in the show. Please make sure that all cell phones are on vibrate or in silent mode. Since
seating space is extremely limited at rehearsals held at the DG2 Studio, we recommend that
dancers be dropped off. For those parents who do stay, please keep voices to a minimum during
rehearsals.
It is important and expected that all of our dancers wear DANCEWEAR to rehearsals. No “pajama
pants,” denim shorts or streetwear, please. Dancers are special and should look like dancers. If
you’d like to order DG2 dancewear, order forms will be available at rehearsals. All DG2 forms are
also available online at www.dancegallery2.com.
Dancers wearing DG2 dancewear at rehearsals may be photographed, and random photos will be
used in the “It’s Showtime 2015” program.

Student Teacher Spa Day -- Spring Break
The DG2 Student Teachers are dedicated to their classes, so Miss
Lucy treated them to a special Spa Day for a little fun and relaxation. Imagine how exciting it would be to have an oversized
stretch limo come to your door to pick you up and whisk you to a
royal hotel suite for paraffin foot treatments and soothing facials!
What an amazing day--and they deserved it!

MEMORIAL DAY
MONDAY, MAY 25th
The DG2 office will be closed.
Wishes come in all shapes and sizes. For Roseville High
School student Madison Dodson, seeing New York City
was one of her wishes. On April 25th, The DG2’s Partnering
Class helped the Make-a-Wish Foundation grant Madison
her wish by dancing to the classic Frank Sinatra hit “New
York, New York” during the presentation. What an honor
for The DG2 to be part of such a wonderful event!
Keep up the good work
and keep practicing!!
