Counselling Instructions and schedule for admission to Pre-Ph.D Course Work 1. Candidates called for counselling have to report at 9.45 AM on the date of counseling. 2. Each candidate called for counselling has to bring original documents and a self-attested photocopy of the followings: i. CET-2012 Qualifying Certificate ii. Photo Identity Card iii. Proof of Date of Birth iv. Marks-sheet of postgraduate course, graduate, intermediate and high school v. Category (OBC/SC/ST) & Sub-category (PH/BL) certificate from competent authority (if applicable) (six months validity) vi. UGC/CSIR/ ICAR- JRF(only) /GATE/NRI/ regular teacher Certificate (if applicable) vii. Four passport size photographs viii. Demand draft of prescribed course fee drawn in favour of Finance Officer, Dr. B.R.A University, Agra (Rs 25000/- for General/OBC and Rs 12500/- for SC/ST candidates) 3. Candidates failing to produce relevant document or DD of course fee shall not be considered for admission. 4. Any information regarding the counselling and admission will not be sent by post. 5. Candidates can check their call to appear in counseling from the university website www.dbrau.ac.in by entering Application form no. and proceed further as per counselling instructions and program. 6. Vacant seats after first round of counseling may or may not will be filled in second round of Counselling. The demand draft will be refunded to all the candidates who are found not eligible.
