A counselling of all the above students will take place on 2 May, 2015 (Saturday) at 11:00 am at
Medha Bhavan, Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda University, Belur Math, Howrah. Attending the
counselling session is mandatory. In case of any problems with the date of counselling, please contact

Date and time of counselling: 2 May, 2015 (Saturday), 11 am.
Venue of counselling: Medha Bhavan, Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda University,
Belur Math, Howrah
Admission Process: Admission process shall begin immediately after the counselling. Those
candidates permitted and willing to take admission may get admitted immediately after counselling by
paying a total amount of Rs 3900/- (tution fee of Rs 3600/- for the first semester plus admission fee of
Rs 300/- (one time)). Selected candidates has to take admission by paying the requisite fees on or
before 15 May 2015. Those who fail to take admission before 15 May 2015 without explicit permission
from the authority will run the risk of forfeiting their admission.
Hostel facility: Limited number of seats for male candidates are available in the hostel attached to the
Institution campus. Limited number of seats for female candidates may be made available just outside
the Campus. Those requiring admission to hostels has to apply separately.
Hostel fees: Rs 500/- seat rent per month plus approximately Rs 2500/- for meal charges (variable as per
the messing system). Those selected for the hostel will be informed separately.
