Strength and Competence
Moneyclip Pty Ltd (Moneyclip) is a Corporate
Representative of Australian Financial Services Limited
(AFS); authorised representative number 291047. AFS is a
wholly owned subsidiary of AFS Group Ltd which is 100%
owned by its advisers, directors and staff.
We believe that this ownership structure provides clients
with the confidence and security that business decisions are
made with you the client in mind and are not influenced by
Corporate or Institutional ownership.
AFS is the holder of Australian Financial Services licence
number 297239. Under the Corporations Act, AFS has a
primary responsibility to its clients. Moneyclip Authorised
Representatives act on behalf of AFS and AFS is ultimately
responsible for the advice given.
About Moneyclip
At Moneyclip we advise our clients how to create and
protect wealth to achieve financial independence.
It is our vision to be the premier provider of wealth
strategies and financial advice to those who wish to achieve
their desired lifestyle and be financially ready for the various
life events they encounter.
These strategies put into action provide the building blocks
for gaining control over your financial well-being. We do
this by providing personalised service and tailoring solutions
to meet your individual needs. Our aim is to not only
provide strategic advice, but also an education process that
prepares you for the journey to financial independence.
2
Services and Advice to get you on
the Path to Financial Independence
Your Moneyclip Wealth Strategist can provide a range of
services from comprehensive financial strategies to
personal advice on selected products.
Moneyclip’s unique 5 Stage Wealth Program has been
developed internally to help you achieve milestones in the
wealth creation process. The Program is tailored to link
your financial goals with your lifestyle goals and allows you
to plan for future life events prior to encountering them. We
help you to enjoy today while building passive income
streams for the future years.
A Moneyclip Wealth Strategist may provide general advice
or personal advice. Before providing personal advice we will
want to ensure that the advice is appropriate and suitable
for your needs. To do so we will need to find out about your
current financial position and your financial goals and
objectives. You have the right not to divulge this information
should you choose not to. If so, the advice may not be
suitable for your needs and objectives and this should be
taken into account before acting on the advice.
In providing personal advice, we will explain any significant
risks relating to any financial products or strategies
recommended. If you do not understand these risks you
should ask your Wealth Strategist to explain them to you.
If you have been provided with personal advice, your
Authorised Representative will provide you with a Statement
of Advice (SOA), or Record of Advice (ROA) which will take
into account your objectives, financial situation and needs.
The SOA must be given to you before you make any
investments or buy an insurance policy, unless you
expressly request that the investment be made or the
insurance policy be purchased before you receive the SOA.
A ROA is not necessarily provided to you but a copy is
retained on your file and a copy is available for up to seven
years upon request.
If a financial product recommendation has also been made,
you will be provided with electronic or hard copy access to a
Product Disclosure Statement (PDS), which contains
information about the product that will enable you to make
an informed decision about the appropriateness of the
product.
Advice on home loan, investment loan, commercial loan
and vehicle leasing products is provided by our sister
company Smartline. The owner of our Smartline franchise is
Home Mortgage Unit Trust, and which is not an Authorised
Representative of Australian Financial Services Limited.

Education and Knowledge for Your
Security
You want to be sure that the advice you receive is up to
date and accurate. Whilst your Moneyclip Wealth Strategist
has many years of practical experience, continuing
education is a requirement of both our group and the
industry regulator.
Research for Your Peace of Mind
Moneyclip Authorised Representatives are provided with a
comprehensive and research driven Approved Product List
from which they can choose a product suited to your needs.
The recommended Investment Products are subject to an
approval process that includes external research and
analysis and are sourced from over 50 leading fund
managers.
Insurance products are sourced from all the major insurers
and are examined not only for their policy wording, product
benefits and competitive cost structures but for their long
term market presence.
Fees and Charges
Our complete investment service utilises the Moneyclip 5
Stage Wealth Strategy to produce and implement your
tailored financial plan. For this you will pay a strategy fee.
Schedule of Fees
At the initial interview we will identify your financial and
lifestyle goals and objectives and ascertain the scope of the

Notes:
(i) All fees are GST inclusive
(ii) While we normally waive any initial and ongoing fund
manager fees there are some investments such as
annuities, insurance and agribusiness where we may
choose to accept a commission rather than charge you a
fee. We will clearly disclose this in writing to you if we
chose this option.
Moneyclip recognises from the outset that one size does not
fit all. That’s why the amount you pay for a Moneyclip
Wealth Strategy will vary depending on a number of factors
including the complexity of your needs, the time taken to
complete the plan and the amount you want to invest. The
minimum fee payable will depend on which service you
require. Our minimum fees are defined in our schedule of
fees.
(iii) Commissions for risk insurance are generally paid by the
insurers at levels between 0% and 122.5% of a new policy
premium and between 0% and 33% of renewal policy
premium. As an example, a policy with a total annual cost
of $500 could generate an initial commission of up to
$612.50 and a renewal commission of up to $165.
To enable us to service you on an ongoing basis to ensure
your strategies remain appropriate and you stay on track,
we recommend clients utilise our Wealth Management
Program.
(v) Your SOA will contain full details of all fees and charges
and benefits accruing to the Authorised Representative
together with disclosure of any associations that might
influence the provision of that advice.
(iv) Ongoing review fees are tax deductible in certain
circumstances.
Participation in the Moneyclip Wealth Management Program
ensures that your investments are constantly monitored and
your strategies are regularly reviewed. It also provides the
opportunity to build your own investment knowledge through
ongoing education and seminars.
Fees will be discussed with you before we proceed.
