Pesto Chicken: Roasted chicken breast, roasted red
peppers, sun dried tomatoes, pesto, Swiss cheese on
your choice of bread.
Chicken Breast with Aubergine Crisp: Savory roasted
chicken breast, portobello mushroom, provolone
cheese with herb mayo and fresh garlic on a ciabatta
bun.
Mediterranean Chicken: Roasted chicken breast lightly
seasoned with lemon, olive oil and oregano, topped
with feta cheese, tomatoes, cucumber, red onions and
a pesto mayo served on flatbread.
Debbie’s Roasted Vegetable: Roasted pepper,
zucchini, portobello mushrooms and pesto sauce with
provolone cheese; served on your choice of bread.
Spicy Curry Chicken: Oven roasted chicken thigh,
seasoned in sweet madras curry and fresh herbs and
served with crisp lettuce, tomatoes, red onions and a
herb mayo on a ciabatta bun.
