Greetings Del Lago Parents,
Our PTA is hosting a Scholastic Book Fair Monday, June lst-Thursday, June 4th in the MPR. Every
studeirt will have the opporfunity to shop for new books. Please review the attached flyer with your
child and choose a book or books appropriate for his or her reading level. If a book is not available that
is listed on the flyer, we can help your child pick out something different as there will be many others
for sale. There will also be gift items for sale. You may send cash, or check payable to "Del Lago
PTA" (please include sales tax 8%) with your student on their assigned class shopping day. We also
accept all major credit cards (Parents must be present to sign). We can help your child fill in the total
on the check if needed in case he/she would like to shop at the fair before choosing, and we will
provide a receipt.

Please note your child's class shopping time below. Each class will need parent volunteers to assist
the students in making their decisions and'owish list." If you can, please accompany your child's
class to the book fair. If your child is not happy later with her or his purchase, we can refund the
money or make an exchange with the proper amount of money, during the times listed below.
Help your child's classroom library grow by donating a book. Teacher wish lists and donation
cards will be posted at the fair. We will be participating in the "All for Books" donation drive. You
can donate any loose change to the cause. Scholastic will match the amount we collect by donating

The book fair witl be open on Thursday, June 4th during Open House for family shopping
6:00pm-8:00pm.
The book fair will also be open for an hour after school on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
