b.To enhance the competencies ofcounselors /teachers in handUngmuhkultural issues;
c.To make the counselors/ teachers knowledgeable and skillful in addressing the
counseling needs for K to 12;
d.To equip counselors / teachers in handling LGBT issues and concerns.
