HOW IT WORKS
The ProCertX system can be implemented to meet company specific needs across any industry requiring training certification program
management. The system utilizes a cloud based solution that is both flexible and scalable to fit any size organization.
The company’s management team will be set-up on the ProCertX platform with administrative level access
to the system tools to enroll, manage, and track all program activity.
ENROLLMENT OF PARTICIPANTS
WORK SITE ACCESS & TRACKING
Each participant will have a personalized web account and
ProCertX ID badge issued.
ProCertX provides instant verification of certificate requirements at
the work site in 3 easy steps: 1. Participant scans their ProCertX ID badge prior to entry to work site
CERTIFICATE ISSUANCE & MANAGEMENT
2. Participant credentials are instantly compared to site
certification requirements
Upon satisfying the requirements for each training /certificate,
participants will receive a virtual certificate that is recorded in their
ProCertX account profile. Administrators and participants will be able
to track the status of each certificate, and be notified prior to certificate
expiration with ample time to plan and schedule re-certifications.
3. Participant access to site is granted or denied based upon
verification / validation of required site access certifications
Program Administrators will have real-time visibility to who is on each
site, as well as historic records of who was on a site, along with their
certifications at any given time.
