在留資格取得日本で出生し、60 日を超えて滞在する外国人は、出生日から 30 日以内に入国管理局に在留資格取得許可申請をしなければなりません。申請には下記の書類が必要ですが、状況により他の資料提出を求められる場合があります。 ■ ■ ■ ■ ■ ■ ■ 申請書住民票原本（新生児を含む家族全員の情報が記載されたもの）出生届受理証明書原本母子手帳の写し両親のパスポートのコピー両親の在留カードの両面の写し扶養者の在学証明書（学生の場合）、在職証明書（就労者の場合、給与額の記載のあるもの） ■ 経費支弁に関する資料扶養者の奨学金受給証明書、通帳のコピー等（学生の場合）扶養者の直近年度の住民税の課税証明書及び納税証明書(就労者の場合) ■ 質問書（別紙） ※ 添付書類について、日本語又は英語以外の言語で記載されている資料については、日本語訳又は英語訳の添付が必要です。 Application for Permission to Acquire Status of Residence If a foreign national is born in Japan and intends to reside in Japan for more than sixty (60) days, an application must be made within thirty (30) days of birth, for permission to acquire a status of residence visa. The following documents are required for application. Other documents may be requested depending on applicant’s situational circumstances.
