1. What is Flow on Demand?
With Flow on Demand service, also known as Video on Demand (VOD), you can enjoy hundreds of exciting
programs suited to all ages, from blockbuster movies, cartoons, kids and family shows, TV series, music videos,
even karaoke! Content is available when you want, simply press the ‘VOD’ button on your Flow remote.
2. Do I have to pay additional for Flow on Demand Services?
Flow on Demand is available to ALL Flow video customers. There are two options available:
i.
Free Video on Demand – Content available at no cost and can be viewed anytime you want for FREE. These
shows will reflect as $0 on your screen. If you subscribe to Flow’s optional movie packages containing HBO
or Fox channels, you will also have FREE access to “HBO on Demand” & “Fox on Demand”.
ii. Transactional Video on Demand – Content available for purchase for an additional fee. The VAT Inclusive
price for the respective show will be displayed on the screen.
3. How do I access Flow on Demand?
Press VOD button on your Flow remote. This will take you to the Flow On Demand menu option, which contains
sub-folders grouped by content category. Both Free and Transactional content will be available for viewing.
4. What is ‘Adult’ Video on Demand content?
‘Adult’ is one of the many VOD entertainment categories available for purchase and includes a variety of content
suited only for mature audiences.
5. How can I access Adult content in VOD?

Press VOD button on your Flow remote. This will take you to the Flow On Demand menu option.
Scroll Up or Down to select the Adult folder.
IMPORTANT NOTE - Given the rating of the programs, Flow has enabled a security feature to minimize
unauthorized access to the content. Before you can access the Adult folder, you will be prompted to enter a
PARENTAL CONTROL PIN. The default PARENTAL CONTROL PIN is 1234. You are encouraged to change this
default PIN to restrict unauthorized access.

6. How do I purchase Adult shows?
Before you purchase any VOD content, including Adult, you will be required to enter a PURCHASE PIN. The
default is PURCHASE PIN 1234. You are encouraged to change this default PIN to further restrict unauthorized
VOD purchases.
7. Are the PARENTAL CONTROL & PURCHASE PINs the same?
The PARENTAL CONTROL PIN does not give access to VOD content as it is different from the PURCHASE PIN.
You can change both the PARENTAL CONTROL and PURCHASE PIN at any time when you select the PARENTAL
CONTROL (Lock) Screen. Further details below.
8. What can I do to minimize unauthorized purchases?
It is important that you change your default PURCHASE PIN 1234 in order to minimize unauthorized VOD
purchases.

11. I forgot my PURCHASE and/or PARENTAL CONTROL PIN, how do I get a new one?
If you have forgotten your PARENTAL and/or PURCHASE PIN, please contact Flow Customer Care Centre at
620-FLOW (3569) to reset your PIN(s)
12. Is it possible to remove access to VOD Adult content?
While you will be unable to remove access to the Adult folder in the Flow on Demand option, you can block the
content by setting your Parental Control.
13. Can VOD purchases be viewed on any set top box in my home?
Yes, VOD purchases can be viewed on all Set Top Boxes (STBs) on the same account. However, if you wish to
restrict access on specific STBs in your home, you can do so by setting your Parental Controls on each STBs.
14. How long will I have to watch VOD shows purchased?
If you purchase a movie or general content, you have 24 hours within which to watch the program. Adult content
will be available for 6 hours. You can view the purchased program as many times as you want within these time
frames
15. How do I pay for VOD purchases?
Purchases are billed to your Flow account and the associated charge will reflect on your next month’s bill
16. Is there a limit to the amount of VOD shows I can purchase per month?
Yes, there is a $100.00 BBD credit limit per month on your account
17. I have reached my limit and am not allowed to purchase any more VOD content. Can my limit be increased?
Once you have reached your $100.00 BBD credit limit, you will be required to make a payment to your current
bill in order to purchase VOD content once again.
18. Can I record VOD movies or events using my Cloud Video Recording service from Flow?
No, you can only record television programs or series that are included in the lineup of your standard video and
optional packages.
