Important: Please read these Terms & Conditions before entering the “Disney Jet Set-2” (the "Contest") to be
conducted by The Walt Disney Company (India) Private Limited (“TWDCI”). By participating in the Contest, you
agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and represent that you satisfy all of the eligibility requirements set
out herein below.
TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY 1
1.
Eligibility. An entry to the Contest is open to children aged between 4-14 years, residents of India only, holding a
valid passport with a minimum of 6 (six) months validity from the Contest Period. Entry to participate in the
Contest is by calling on the toll free, unique number being flashed on the channel ‘Disney Channel’(“Channel”)
each day of the Contest Period. Only1 (one) correct call of the participant made on the unique number will be
registered each day during the Contest Period. If a participant calls more than once on an unique number flashed
on the screen the same day of the Contest Period, it will not entitle him/her to score more points

Participation. Upon spotting an airplane with Mickey, Minnie and Pluto’s picture followed by a unique toll free
phone number appearing on the Channel, a participant may participate in the Contest by submitting their correct
response during the Contest Period through the response mechanisms as set out in Paragraph 1 above and in the
manner as may be required by TWDCI between 00:00 a.m and 23:59 p.m each day during the contest Period. The
participant’s call will automatically be disconnected after 1 (one) ring and the correct response of the participant
will entitle him/her points These points will be sent to the participant by a short messaging system (“SMS”) on
their mobile number and/or a call back on their landline number. The call back on landline number will provide
participants with a STD number to which the participant can call and check their updated points accumulated from
their participation. Call charges to the STD number will be as per the telecom operator’s rates levied in
accordance with the applicable Indian telecom laws in force. As a mechanism to score bonus points in the Contest,
the participant shall also receive a SMS (along with the participant’s individual score update) which will provide
every participant with a toll free unique referral number, and if the participant so wishes to score bonus points,
can share his/her participant toll free unique referral number with 3 (three) of his/her friends. If any of the
participant’s 3 (three) friends dial in and give a missed call on the participant’s toll free unique referral number,
the participant is entitled to earn and score bonus points, which will be updated in the participant’s total
accumulated points. Directors, officers and employees of TWDCI or any of their respective affiliate companies,
subsidiaries, agents, professional advisors, advertising and promotional agencies, sponsors of the Contest
including but not limited, associate vendors and immediate families of each are not eligible to enter the Contest.
All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Offer/Contest void where prohibited.
3.
Contest Period. The Contest shall be active and valid only from 13th April, 2013 to 12th May, 2013. The Contest
shall be advertised on the Channel from time to time, and in order to participate in the Contest, the participants
may enter the Contest and send the correct answer to the questions by way of response mechanism as set out in
Paragraph 1 above.
4.
Grand Prize Winners. 1(one) participant who is the highest scorer of points shall be selected by the judges
during each day of the Contest Period out of all the entrants who register their correct response with TWDCI
during the entire Contest Period, i.e. a total of 30 (thirty) prize winners (“Grand Prize Winners”) shall be
selected during the Contest period. The Grand Prize Winners shall be eligible for a trip to Hong Kong Disneyland
along with 3 (three) member of his/her immediate family i.e. 2 (two) parents and 1 (one) sibling only (hereinafter
referred as “Grand Prize”) as detailed in Annexure A (attached below) and as determined by TWDCI in its sole
discretion, subject to the terms set out below and as agreed by the Grand Prize Winners.
5.
Prize Selection. The prize selection for the Contest will take place at the registered address of TWDCI. The
judges appointed by TWDCI may determine the correctness, quality and validity of the entries in their sole
discretion. The judge’s decision will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about the
Contest or the judge’s decision(s). The names of the Grand Prize Winners of the Contest shall be posted on the
TWDCI website.. Notwithstanding the above, a participant will be eligible for not more than 1 (one) Grand Prize.
6.
Restrictions and Exclusions for Prize. The Grand Prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
The Grand Prize not claimed or otherwise within seven (7) days after delivery of notification to the Grand Prize
Winner(s) will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner(s) unless otherwise stated.. All Grand Prize(s) are
awarded "AS IS" and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied, (including, without

limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). In the event the Grand
Prize Winners does not accept or agree to the terms as stated below, the Grand Prize shall remain with TWDCI
who on its sole discretion may offer the same to the next eligible winner.
7.
Taxes. All federal, state and local taxes including without limitation gift tax(es) as applicable and associated with
the receipt or use of the Grand Prize stated hereinabove are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winners.
Grand Prize Winners will be solely responsible for all applicable shipping, handling, insurance and transportation
costs associated with delivery and acceptance, if any of the Grand Prize.
8.
Contest Rules. The Grand Prize Winners will be notified by telephone by TWDCI and/or its representatives on
the telephone number that was used to participate in the Contest. To claim the Grand Prize, the Grand Prize
Winners should follow the instructions contained in the telephonic winning notification made to them. TWDCI
accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of any Grand Prize (or any part of it).
9.
Entrants Information. At Participant’s option, participant hereby authorizes and consents to the use of
participant’s personal or sensitive personal information (‘Data’) by TWDCI including its affiliates, agents,
advisors or subcontractors (‘Authorized Entities’), for such lawful purposes as may be deemed necessary
including for, distribution of any prize to the participant, if applicable, pursuant to this Terms of Use. Participant
understands and acknowledges that (i) the Data is the participant’s personal or sensitive personal information as
understood within the meaning of the applicable laws; (ii) participant has voluntarily and at participant’s option,
agreed to provide the Data to the Authorized Entities for such lawful purposes as may be deemed necessary
pursuant to this Terms of Use; and (iii) the Data will or may be transferred by the Authorised Entities including its
affiliates, agents or subcontractors, for such lawful purposes as may be deemed necessary pursuant to this Terms
and Conditions.
10.
Disclaimer. TWDCI, all participating sponsors and any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries,
affiliates, directors, officers, professional advisors, employees and agencies will not be responsible for: (a) any
late, lost, misrouted, garbled or distorted or damaged transmissions or entries; (b) telephone, electronic, hardware,
software, network, Internet, or other computer- or communications-related malfunctions or failures; (c) any
Contest disruptions, dispute, injuries, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of TWDCI during
the Trip and otherwise; or (d) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest.
11.
TWDCI Ownership of Entries. All entries and materials submitted to TWDCI in connection with the Contest
(collectively, "Entry Materials"), along with all copyright, trademark and other proprietary rights associated
therewith, become the property of TWDCI upon submission, and Entry Materials will not be returned to any
entrant. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you acknowledge that TWDCI will own all rights to use,
modify, reproduce, publish, perform, display, distribute, make derivative works of and otherwise commercially
and non-commercially exploit the Entry Materials in perpetuity and throughout the universe, in any manner or
medium now existing or hereafter developed, without separate compensation to you or any other person or entity.
You agree to take, at TWDCI’s expense, any further action (including, without limitation, execution of affidavits
and other documents) reasonably requested by TWDCI to effect, perfect or confirm TWDCI 's ownership rights as
set forth above in this Paragraph 11.
12.
General Release. By entering the Contest, you (for a minor, parents or legal guardians of the minor) indemnify
TWDCI, participating sponsor’s and any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors,
officers, employees and agencies (collectively, the "Indemnified Parties") from any liability whatsoever, and
waive any and all causes of action, related to any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out
of or in connection with the Contest or delivery, undelivered, acceptance, possession, use of or inability to use the
Grand Prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal medical,
mental and physical injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy,
defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract,
tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory. TWDCI shall not be liable to the Prize Winners and his/ her
immediate family(ies) for any failure of performance hereunder by TWDCI which is due to a so-called act of God,
accident, fire, strike or other official labour dispute, union problem, riot or civil commotion, failure of technical
facilities not within the reasonable control of or any other act being deemed an event of force majeure.
13.
Use of Winner's Name, Likeness, etc. Except where prohibited by law, entry into the Contest constitutes
permission to use winner's name, address, likeness and/or prize information, without limitation, for promotional

purposes without further permission or compensation. As a condition of being awarded any prize, except where
prohibited by law, Grand Prize Winners may be required to execute consent to the use of their name, address,
likeness and/or prize information, without limitation, for promotional purposes without further permission or
compensation.
14.
Affidavit & Release. As a condition of being awarded any prize, Grand Prize Winners will be required to execute
and deliver to TWDCI a signed affidavit of eligibility and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and release of
liability and indemnity form along with other necessary documents.
15.
Termination/Suspension. TWDCI has the sole right to suspend, postpone, cease, close or terminate this Contest
at any given point of time at its sole option and discretion.
16.
Copyright Notice. The Contest and all accompanying materials are copyrighted by TWDCI. All rights reserved.
17.
Miscellaneous. The Contest and these Terms & Conditions will be governed, construed and interpreted under the
laws of India. Participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and by the decisions of TWDCI, which
are final and binding in all respects. TWDCI reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time, in
its sole discretion, and to suspend or cancel the Contest or any entrant's participation in the Contest should viruses,
bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond TWDCI’s control affect the administration,
security or proper play of the Contest or TWDCI otherwise becomes (as determined in its sole discretion)
incapable of running the Contest as planned. Participants who violate these Terms & Conditions, tamper with the
operation of the Contest or engage in any conduct that is detrimental or unfair to TWDCI, the Contest or any other
entrant (in each case as determined in TWDCI's sole discretion) are subject to disqualification from entry into the
Contest. TWDCI reserves the right to lock out persons whose eligibility is in question or who have been
disqualified or are otherwise ineligible to enter the Contest. If you have any questions about these Terms &

18.
Dispute Resolution. These Terms & Conditions (and any dispute, difference, proceedings or claim of whatever
nature arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions) shall be governed by, and construed in
accordance with, the laws of India and shall be subject the exclusive jurisdiction of the Bombay High Court.
None of the above paragraphs limits any other.

ANNEXURE A of the Terms and Conditions
a)
For the sake of clarity, the Grand Prize consists of a Trip to Hong Kong Disneyland entitled only for the
Grand Prize Winners and the immediate family members of the Grand Prize Winners i.e. mother, father and
maximum of 1(one) sibling of the Grand Prize Winner(s), as referred to aforesaid, and includes the following:
(i)
In Mumbai:4 meals for the Prize Winner(s) including his/her immediate family members i.e. dinner
service on June 16th, 2013, breakfast, lunch and dinner service on 17th June, 2013 in Mumbai and (b)
accommodation at a 3 (three) star hotel located in Mumbai on 16th June , 2013 and on 17th June 2013. For
the avoidance of doubt, the hotel shall be chosen at the sole discretion of TWDCI only (not applicable to
any Prize Winner(s) from the city of Mumbai).
(ii)
Round trip flight tickets in economy class for the Prize Winner(s) and his/her immediate family from
his/her city of residence in India, prior to leaving for Hong Kong Disneyland (Note: not applicable to any
Prize Winner(s) selected from Mumbai). For sake of abundant clarity, please note that the Prize Winner(s)
and his/her immediate family members shall be provided travel arrangements from the Prize Winner’s city
of residence only by TWDCI. No travel or accommodation arrangements shall be provided to Prize
Winners by TWDCI who are selected from the city of Mumbai as mentioned in this paragraph (a) (ii) until
departure from the Mumbai Airport to Hong Kong Disneyland. Prize Winners not residing in Mumbai
but located 300 kms, away from the city of Mumbai, shall be provided travel arrangements by train or
road and accommodation (if required) at the sole discretion of TWDCI.
(iii)
The Grand Prize trip commences from 16th June, 2013 and shall conclude on 19th June 2013. Departure
from Mumbai to Hong Kong is tentatively scheduled on the 18th of June, 2013 and departure from Hong
Kong back to Mumbai is tentatively scheduled on 19th of June,2013.
(iv)
Round trip ground transfers between Hong Kong International Airport and the Hong Kong Disneyland
theme park;
(v)
Accommodation in HongKong: for the Prize Winners and his/her accompanying immediate family
members in the Hollywood Hotel, near Hong Kong Disneyland theme park during the trip. For avoidance
of doubt the hotel and accommodation arrangements at HongKong shall be chosen solely on the discretion
of TWDCI;
(vi)
Meals in Hongkong: 5 meals consisting of both Lunch & dinner service on 18th June, 2013 and breakfast
& lunch on 19th June, 2013 (breakfast service will be provided on onboard flight on the 18th June, 2013
and dinner service shall be served onboard flight on the 19th,June 2013). Accommodation arrangements
will be provided in Mumbai on the night of 19th, June 2013 night for all Grand Prize Winners and their
immediate family member residing outside the city of Mumbai;
(vii)
Entry ticket to the Hong Kong Disneyland theme park for the Prize Winner(s) and his/her immediate
family members for 2 (two) days of the Trip;
(viii)
The Grand Prize trip may not be sold, traded, transferred, rescheduled or refunded nor redeemable for
cash.
b)
TWDCI shall provide the Grand Prize trip to the Prize Winner and his/her family members only if the Prize
Winner and his/her family members hold a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months validity from the
contest.. In the event, the Prize Winner(s) and his/her family members are unable to get visas and permissions
to avail the Grand Prize trip, then TWDCI shall not be liable to provide any facilities of the Grand Prize trip
contained herein and/or an alternative facility/prize to the Prize Winner and his/her family members.
c)
The Grand Prize Winners and his/her immediate family selected form the Contest will be required to obtain
adequate national and international medical and health insurance policies from registered and authorized
Insurance companies (at their own cost and expense), to avail the Grand Prize, the Grand Prize Winners and
his/her immediate family and shall be mandatorily required to provide copies/ evidence of the same to
TWDCI prior to availing the Grand Prize. In the event the insurance coverage amounts and grounds of
insurance mentioned in the said insurance policies of the Grand Prize Winners are not adequate and does not
adequately cover conditions of diseases, physical and mental illness, injuries, and death of the Grand Prize

Winners and their families travelling overseas, TWDCI may at the sole discretion instruct the Grand Prize
Winners and their families travelling to obtain such medical and health insurance policies of adequate
coverage at the Grand Prize Winners and their families cost and expense, prior to availing of the Grand Prize
and the trip. In the event, the Grand Prize Winners and/or any member of his/her family is unable to obtain
adequate health and medical insurance policies to avail the Grand Prize and the trip, TWDCI shall not be
liable to provide any facilities of the Grand Prize and/or the Grand Prize Trip contained herein and/or an
alternative facility to such person and the Grand Prize Winner and his/her families shall be effectively
disqualified from the Contest.
d)
Any and all additional expenses (except as stated herein above) of any nature incurred by the Grand Prize
Winner or his/her immediate family member shall be borne by the Grand Prize Winner or his/her family
member personally out of their own pockets and TWDCI shall not be obliged to reimburse or bear any kind of
expenses, payments, disbursements or reimbursements except as agreed above by TWDCI.
e)
Any and all part of the Prize Trip not redeemed during the period as set hereinabove shall be forfeited.
