ELIGIBILITY Must be legal resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and must be at least 18 years old as of 4/1/2015. Employees and volunteers of Mountain America Credit Union and their immediate families (parents, children, siblings and their respective spouses), regardless of where they live, are not eligible. Contest is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. PRIZES 4 winners will receive a gift card for a car wash and detailing. Gift card value is determined by Mountain America Credit Union. HOW TO ENTER Each participant must visit the Mountain America Credit Union Facebook page and tag a friend in the Spring Clean your Ride post. Participants may gain extra entries by following additional steps within the contest. Attempts made by the same individual to submit multiple entries by using multiple or false contact information, including multiple Facebook accounts, may be disqualified. ODDS Actual odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received. Winners will be drawn from a pool of eligible entrants and will be subject to the terms, conditions and judgments of Mountain America Credit Union, whose decision is final. DRAWING Winners will be randomly selected among all eligible entries. Drawings will be conducted under the direction of Mountain America Credit Union, whose decision is final and binding in all matters relating to the contest. NOTIFICATION Potential winners will be notified by email and may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release, as well as a Publicity Release. In the event of non-compliance of these Official Rules and Regulations, or if the prize is unclaimed or returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner determined by Mountain America Credit Union. By accepting any prize from Mountain America Credit Union, the winner consents to the use of his or her name, likeness and any other information of any and all advertising/publicity purposes without further consideration, except where prohibited by law, and without any additional compensation.
