We are so excited that our program will run for 4 weeks from June 29th through July 24th (no class on Friday,
July 3rd). Our 2015 course fee is $235, plus an inclusive materials fee specific to each course. You will find full,
course descriptions and materials fees on our website, www.bept.org, where you will have the ability to search for
courses by the week and by grade level. The registration process is also online for your convenience.

REGISTRATION/REFUND POLICY:
Pre-registration on the website is necessary for all courses. Participants will be notified when
courses are cancelled. Full payment is due with registration. There will be no refunds for voluntary
withdrawal of a child after June 1, 2015.
In the event that a child withdraws prior to June 1, 2015, any refund will be subject to an
administrative charge of $50.00 per child/per course.
The fee will not be refunded if registrant simply does not attend or withdraws from the course after
the first day of the course. A full refund will only be provided, including the materials fee, if the
course does not have the required enrollment to run.

4-Day Week: $188.00/Session
