Clients show KAREfor three
charities with Coffee Morning

THE KARE community group
in Clane has raised €560 for
three charities with a Coffee
Morning at Clane Parish Hall.
The group’s clients founded a
community group last September,
and decided, as part of their
activities at The Village Inn in
Clane every Wednesday afternoon,
they would hold a Coffee
Morning for three of their
favourite charities: St Brigid’s
Hospice in The Curragh, the
Peter McVerry Trust and the
Order of Malta.
St Brigid’s Hospice is a day care
and respite centre based in The
Curragh for terminally iU people
in Kildare and West Wicklow; the
Order of Malta provides ambulance
service and the Peter
McVerry Trust provides relief to
homeless people.
“As part of what we are doing
the group decided that they
