Athletes receive the attention they need to develop and improve their skills. (Does not include strength training) The Total Athlete Program ($350) – June 10-29 TAP targets the serious athlete providing both skill instruction (Skill Training Program) and strength training (Sport or Collegiate) to achieve maximum athletic potential. Athletes are guaranteed 6 - two hour skill sessions and 9 – one hour strength sessions designed to meet their individual goals. Sport/College-Prep Strength Training ($250) – June 10-June 29 This program is for athletes of all ages who want to take their game to the next level physically. Led by our certified strength coach, the SSST provides volleyball specific and age specific strength training 3x/week incorporating: agility, plyos, cardio, flexibility and crossfit that will ensure each athlete will get bigger, faster AND stronger!! For the college-bound athlete or current college athlete– our certified strength coach will design a program that combines the expectations of top college strength programs with individual athletic goals. The focus is on building the strength, endurance, and muscle response necessary for volleyball! Includes Isometric (15 years and under) or Weights (16 years and older). **MAX TAP Training ($300 without TAP/ $200 if combined with TAP) July 6 – July 31 This program is for the serious athlete who wants to reach the ultimate level of strength training leading into the fall volleyball season. Whether you want to prepare for high school or college, this strength training program will push you to your physical MAX! **All athletes registered for Strength Training must purchase a speed jump rope.
