and Business Networking Conference to be held at LKQ West Michigan on April 25-26, 2014 in Holland, Michigan.

America. Holland, Michigan is where you don’t need a passport! Located on the shores of Lakes Michigan and
Macatawa, it is conveniently located 130 miles from Chicago and 170 miles from Detroit. Holland is a Pure
Michigan delight. From their award-winning downtown to their sandy white beaches, you’ll fall in love with
Holland’s small town charm and big city amenities. You can dine along the waterfront or at a cozy café. You
can climb to the top of a sand dune or to the top of a windmill. You can shop for a pair of running shoes or a
pair of wooden shoes. You can explore a quaint Dutch village or a modern college campus. No matter what
your interests, you won’t be disappointed joining us in Holland for our 6th Annual Road Show Event.
We are continuing with the same format that has proven to be so successful for our members, their staff and to
you, our valued vendors. The event will once again be hosted by one of our most generous ARM members so we
can continue to offer additional value and less expense to everyone involved. It will include dedicated time for
you to spend with our members without competing with other events and it will also include time for you to
have hands-on demonstrations of your products and equipment in a real working environment. We offer a variety
of relevant industry related seminars and training sessions for all attendees, including you, as well as fun activities
for all of us. We truly encourage you to participate in those of interest to you and your business as this event is
distinctly planned for each of us to interact and network throughout the entire weekend in a relaxed, friendly
environment. This includes our Friday evening steak cookout, with our tremendous, dedicated past presidents
manning the cash bar, our live and silent auctions, our Saturday barbecue lunch and awards presentation and so
much more that promises to make this a true valued packed, fun-filled weekend for all.
All tabletop booths will be located inside LKQ West Michigan, with free wireless internet available. Outside space
is also available for large equipment demonstrations. You will find our exhibitor rates are reasonable and inclusive
of all of our events and activities so as to make your stay in Holland, Michigan a great experience for you and your
business. You may even want to consider bringing your family to this great destination. We would love to also
WELKOM them to this beautiful city of windmills and tulips and the 2014 ARM Road Show.

LKQ West Michigan was originally Veneklasen Auto Parts,
longtime members and supporters of both our State and
National Associations. In 1946 Howard M. Veneklasen began a
used car business on a side lot of their family home in Zeeland.
When inquiries were made about parts from some of the
unworthy for resale vehicles, Veneklasen Auto Parts was born.
In 1948 the business was moved to Holland. In 1972 Mr.
Veneklasen sold the busines to his oldest son, Howard N.
Veneklasen, who was always a pioneer in the latest technological advances within our industry. An example being that
1985 Veneklasen Auto Parts became the first computerized
facility in West Michigan. Howard also open several U Wrench
It self service facilities in Michigan and other states. In May
of 2006, the Michigan facilities were sold to LKQ Corporation,
a publicly held company. Today LKQ West Michigan has
18 employees working out of the Holland location. They
service Western and Northern Michigan customers with
daily delivery of recycled and aftermarket parts. LKQ also
operates three self serve locations in Western Michigan.

LIABILITY: Each booth operator will be responsible
for the space leased during the Road Show and will
keep it free from hazards to person(s) on the premises.
The Automotive Recyclers of Michigan and LKQ West
Michigan will not be responsible for any injuries
sustained by booth operators, representatives, their
associates or employees.

INSURANCE: It is agreed that in no instance shall the
Automotive Recyclers of Michigan, its Officers, Directors
or Staff, or LKQ West Michigan be held responsible for
any loss, theft, fire or injury to any person or article.
■
SPACE ASSIGNMENT: Booth assignments are made
on a first-come, first-served basis. Indicate your first,
second, and third choice for the booth space on your
registration form. No private room displays are allowed.
■
FIRE AND SAFETY CODES: Each booth operator
must comply with all federal, state, and local fire and
safety codes.
■
INFORMATIONAL MEETING: All vendors are asked to
attend an informational meeting at 3:45 p.m. on Friday,
April 25th, prior to the opening of the Road Show and
Business Networking Conference, where you will receive
your packets and name badges.
■
SHIPPING AND RECEIVING: Any materials shipped
to LKQ West Michigan should arrive no earlier than 2
days prior to the function and may not remain on the
property longer than 2 days after the completion of the
function. All materials must have the name of the group
and be addressed to Automotive Recyclers of MI – Attn.:
Brian Bartels with “your” company name and date of
conference with shipping charges paid by sender for
inside delivery. LKQ West Michigan will not be responsible
for any materials left on premises after 48 hours.
