Sub: APMES-Preparation of DPC proposals for the panel year 2014-2015 for
promotion to the post of Professors – Objections, if any called for from the
institutions under the control of Director of Medical Education – Regarding.

All the Principals / Superintendents of the Government Medical Colleges /
Teaching Hospitals, under the control of Director of Medical Education are informed that
the paper publications i.e. national / indexed journals and ACR’s from the following
eligible Associate Professors who have completed requisite teaching experience of four
years have been received for giving promotions to the post of Professors.
Further Principals / Superintendents of the Government Medical Colleges /
Teaching Hospitals, under the control of Director of Medical Education are requested to
furnish the names of Associate Professors who are having 4 paper publications and
completed requisite teaching experience and also valid objections about below given list
if any should be sent to this office on or before 30-03-2015.

above list of eligible Associate Professors on or before 30-03-2015 positively for taking
further necessary action. Any information regarding paper publications/ ACRs received
on or after 30-03-2015 will not be entertained.
