Harold Sunderman MD Dr. Sunderman is a general cardiologist. His medical expertise includes the diagnosis and treatment of general cardiovascular problems. Education and Training Dr. Sunderman attended medical school at the University of Texas Medical Branch. He completed his internal medicine training at the University of New Mexico School of Medicine in 1986. In 2008, he completed his cardiology training at the University of New Mexico School of Medicine.
