ENTRY DATES:
Each Tuesday the week of the rodeo between 11:00am & 4:00pm.

Contestants may give a preference. All positions are random draw and preferences will be given
until the event section is filled. We will do our best to accommodate as many contestants as
possible.
LATE ENTRIES:
Entries called in after 4 or days beyond may or may not be accepted.
Preferences will not be honored and you will be automatically put in slack if performance is full.
TURN OUTS: If you have to turnout for any reason – the sooner the better. If you do not TO
via a call or someone else you will not be permitted to enter the next rodeo. Once fees are paid,
you cannot get entry fee money back for any reason.
Entry Fees to be paid between 6 pm and 7:45 pm. All entry fees must be paid prior
to entering arena. Or you will NOT be permitted to compete.

YOUTH BARRELS:
Must have parental guidance with release signed by both parents or
custodial figures.
Will payoff in 2-D format- 2 places 60/40
20 or more entries 3 places (50-30-20 %)
WOMEN’S BARRELS: Payoff as per Double M Rules
ALL OTHER EVENTS: 5 or more entries- 4 places (40-30-20-10%)
Less than 5 entries - 2 places (60-40%)
Ground Money will NOT count for yearend awards.
NOTE :
As in the past, we will continue to work with contestants in providing preferences.
We will however, not hold our rodeo or slack to wait for participants who are in
route from another venue. If you are entered in the slack and will not be at the
rodeo before it starts to pay fees, you must send your money with someone else.
All rodeo payoff is figured by intermission. If your fees are not paid by then,
we will turn you out.
Also, we will not create slack if we do not have a full performance. That means, if
you give preference as slack and are out if, and the performance is not full – there
will be no slack. So be sure to check Facebook or call back on performance date
in the afternoon to be sure you are entered. REMEMBER: THE PHONE
NUMBER OF 885-9543 IS A RETAIL STORE FIRST – THEN A RODEO
ENTRY LINE. THE PERSON ANSWERING MAY NOT BE ABLE TO GIVE
YOU INFORMATION.
TIME LIMITS:
Team Roping and Breakaway: 25 seconds.

2015 YEAR END AWARDS
Must compete in a minimum of 12 rodeos to be eligible.
Standings will be calculated by money won, one point for each dollar won. Ground
Money will NOT count toward standings. Tie breaker will be the fastest time/ highest
score for the season for the involved contestants.
If the tie is for 1st place, the looser of the tie breaker will receive 2 nd place awards.

Ground Rules:
1.
Each contestant must have a signed liability release on file at the rodeo office for
the 2015 rodeo season prior to competition.
2. No one other than entered contestants are permitted behind the chutes, in the
arena or on the fence at any time. No baby strollers around horses, no small
children in back.
3. All entry fees must be paid prior to competition. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
4. Western attire required, including long sleeve shirt AND hat in the arena
beginning at 6pm until rodeo is over.
The events are designated as follows: Bulls & Broncs – Men only. Barrels – Women
Only, Breakaway Boys under 14 and children/women. Team Roping – Anyone.
Any violations, misconduct or unprofessional behavior will result in contestant not being
permitted to enter again.
Any decision made by judges will be the final ruling. Any concerns
should be addressed after the rodeo with the judges or Martins- NOT
during the performance.
Remember this is a show for the public – do not “train” your horses in
the arena. Save that for home if they do not perform to your liking.

IT IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED THAT YOU CARRY SOME
SORT OF INSURANCE ON YOURSELF. RODEO IS DANGEROUS
AND YOU SHOULD BE PREPARED ! ANY MEDICAL EXPENSES
YOU INCUR ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY, ie ambulance,
emergency rooms etc.
GIRLS YOUTH BARRELS: Must have 2 parental guidance signatures on
the release form. We trust what you provide.
