This update contains significant changes to the Mail Manager program. Review the ReadMe and Release
Notes to familiarize yourself with the changes before using this new version.
Version 03.09.33.23 incorporates the following enhancements/corrections:

Included changes from the weekly Table Updates. Refer to the Table Update Release Notes for

Comail Analysis

Added support for FSS pieces to the Comail Analysis Option. (23811T, 23813T)
• Added level to the Comail Analysis Type dialog
• Added level to the Comail Analysis Status dialog
• Added ‘Qualified’ ‘Possible’ and ‘Percent’ to the Original and Comail tabs on the Status dialog
for the new level.
When selected, these levels are included in the Comail Analysis reports.

Added support for FSS pieces to the Comail Analysis Option. Made the default level ‘Carrier

Added a ‘Finish’ button after the ‘Set-up’ page of the Mail.dat wizard. Activating the button
provides the ability to complete the wizard by using the settings from a previous run or a loaded
settings file. Added the word ‘Finish’ to the existing button in the Mail.XML Wizard. (22422T)

Made changes so that all NDC containers are accounted for in the .CSM file. Also corrected a

automatically loads the last presort's destinations selection. Loading saved presort settings will

Made changes so that Standard Mail, Flat residual pieces are bundled separately, and placed in a

task. Possible values are DEFAULT, TODAY or the date selected from the date picker control. Also

 The Mail.dat User ID field has an 8 character limit; if the Job ID is longer, it is truncated.
 If a saved Mail.dat settings file is used, with a populated User’s Job ID field, its value will
override values from either the Mailing Presort Information dialog or the PRESORT task JOBID
command.
When recording a TaskMaster PRESORT task and a MAILDAT task, Job ID values entered on the
Mailing Presort Information dialog are not carried through to the Mail.dat Wizard User’s Job ID. If
the Mail.dat Wizard field is left blank while recording, the saved Job ID presort setting is used when
the job is run.
