Version – The current version is documented first.
Prior versions, from the last CD until the current version, follow in chronological order. If you have installed
the previous update version, you can stop reading when the version number changes.
Functional Areas
Each Version is broken down by the functional areas changed in that update – Presort, Labels, etc.

Enhancements and suggestions are listed first in each functional area, followed by fixes

This update contains significant changes to the Mail Manager program. Review the ReadMe and Release
Notes to familiarize yourself with the changes before using this new version.
Version 03.08.29.01 incorporates the following enhancements/corrections:

Labels and Printing

Implemented the "Quad/Graphics QuadTech" file type. The output is a fixed length CR/LF file.

Made changes so that the ESC key closes the Proof Settings Properties and Label Proofing

Corrected the label output sack numbering when ‘Reverse Order’ was used for Standard, Flat, Auto
presorts using the ‘Create Low Volume Pallets’ Advanced Setting, and the Container Order was set

Added the “First Class Full Trays Only” Advanced Setting to the Mailing Presort Information dialog,
to support making tray levels for First-Class Mail letters and cards only when the tray is full.
Leftover pieces may be included in lower level trays, and should not fall to the Single Piece level
unless they cannot be included in any other tray level. (23396T)
Corrected errors that could occur in Mixed Class, ECR, Walk Sequence, Flat presorts. (22326)
Made changes so that an error is displayed, and the presort will terminate if the BMCTXT.TBL

Made changes so that presorts for Periodical Letters on pallets combine CR, Auto, and NonAuto
letter trays onto the same pallet (at the 3DG pallet level and below). (23301)
Made changes so that the “Set...” and “Clear...” destination buttons are always displayed on the
‘Destination Discounts Selection Dialog’, for destinations other than DDU. When the buttons are
selected with products other than BCC Mail Manager FS, the error message, ‘The option to set

Corrected a problem where pieces could be omitted form a Periodical, Flat CRRT presort using

Adjusted the internal values used for "Trays Per Tier" and "Linear Feet Per Tier" for flat tubs on
pallets, to correctly reflect the postal specification that the minimum flat tub pallet is 3 tiers totaling
24 linear feet, or 8 linear feet per tier. (23481T)
Made changes so that Zone 9 pieces are separated from the others for Bound Printed Matter and

Made changes so that unsacked CR packages are created properly when using the ‘Unsacked CR

Corrected a problem where an additional stream could be created for a Standard Mail, Flat presort,
if the ‘'Label To' ZIP Code of the FSS containers fell outside of the selected NDC, even though the
