Quotation Acceptance
How to accept this quote and book your move.
When you have been given an estimated date for your move please do call your surveyor or the office to see if the dates are available.
We can only guarantee our availability with a confirmed booking which is done by returning the last 2 pages of this quote by email or
post along with full payment. Due to the nature and difficulties of setting a completion (move) date we are unable to hold, reserve or
pencil in a service until payment is made.

Storage Information and Acceptance Form
This acceptance form is used for all clients wishing to occupy our storage facility for any
length of time. We endeavour to make life as easy as possible for you when it comes to the
insuring, organising and paying for storage. Please do read the key facts below and sign the
bottom of this page to agree to our insurance cover and payment terms.
Storage Insurance - Insurance is included in our quoted storage prices at £5,000 per
container used. This is an average per container across all containers used. (If you would like a
higher level of cover please call our office for rates)
The insurance charge is included in all our container prices and is paid on each invoice. If a
payment is not made in advance and on time your items will not be covered.
When your items arrive back to our store - When the team arrive back at our store all the
used crates will be logged and added to your account. This will enable us to calculate the
charges and raise the first storage invoice which is paid on a card for the next 4 week period.
This will give us time to set up your standing order for the next payment period. (Debit card
and BACs payments are free from charge; credit cards carry a 2% bank charge. We unfortunately do
not accept American Express.)
Storage periods less than a month - If you plan to be with us for less than 4 weeks but
unsure, we will take 4 weeks payment and refund the difference upon leaving our store.
Paying for your storage - Storage is paid 4 weekly in advance by standing order or by direct
debit. We will issue you with a standing order form for you to complete and send back to us
or hand into your bank. This method will ensure that your storage is always insured and
payment is always made on time.
Minimum storage charge – Our minimum charge for each crate is one week. Any part week
will be charged as a whole week. A rummage fee of £20 +vat per container will be charged if
you require access to a container before delivery.
Late Payment of storage charges - Paying by standing order will result in this never
occurring. If for any reason your payment is later than 10 days of the invoice date, a
separate late payment invoice of £10+VAT will be raised on each and every occasion.

This quotation and its acceptance by you are subject to our Terms and Conditions which are enclosed. We would particularly draw your
attention to Clause 4 and Clauses 9 to 12 which also appear on the reverse of this quotation, and which cover our liability to you in the
event of loss or damage.
The price(s) we have quoted includes Standard Liability for loss of or damage to your goods whilst they are in our custody and control,
subject to you providing us with a declaration of the value of your goods and subject to Clauses 9.1 and 11 of our Terms and Conditions.
We would draw your attention to the items for which we will not accept liability, and to the exclusions which apply to our liability.
This quotation includes liability to a maximum value of £100,000 as set out in Clause 9.1.1. If you would like us to accept liability for an
amount over £100,000, our price(s) will be increased (as separately advised to you) to reflect the higher level of liability.
In respect of storage, we reserve the right to increase our price(s) in the event that the average value per storage container exceeds
£5,000
If you do not give us a value, then our Limited Liability will apply in accordance with Clauses 9.2 and 11 of our Terms and Conditions.
Our liability is a contractual agreement between you and us.
We reserve the right to amend our price if there is any increase in transport or labour cost either before or during the carrying out of the contract. If you
wish us to carry out any service or move goods which are specifically excluded by these conditions, you must have our written agreement before signing
this contract.
