BABY & ME YOGA

Create and explore with your toddlers using different
art mediums! Art experiences will be child-directed
which encourages creative expression, mark making
and problem solving. The art media’s that will be
explored are: crayons, pastels, finger painting, painting
with brushes, sponge painting, collages, print making.
Enjoy traditional Farsi songs and tales with your little
one! Circle time in English and Farsi followed by fun
crafts for the kids. Make new friends and feel at home.
Cost: $144 + Tax

MAMA’S MEET UP!
Ages 6 months - 2.5 years

Dates May 6 – June 24 (8 Weeks)
Stretch, bond, and breathe with your baby in this
special yoga series designed for new mothers
and infants. Meet other moms and babies while
you strengthen and support your post-partum,
sleep-deprived body with specifically chosen asanas.
Every class will devote time to gentle, hands-on
yoga and massage for babies. Dress comfortably
and bring a receiving blanket and Nursing Pillow for
your little one.
DUNE ART 2
Ages 2-3 years

Children will create and explore using different
mediums to develop fine motor, cognitive and
language skills. Class includes circle time with stories
and songs. The art media’s that will be explored are:
crayons, chalk, pastels, finger painting, painting with
brushes, sponge painting, collages, print making.

YOGA FUN
Ages 18-36 months

This yoga class aims to develop children’s selfawareness, self-discipline, self-understanding and
abilities to calm the body and mind. Class routine
includes an opening song, breathing technique, yoga
postures with songs, yoga game, relaxation with a
puppet and thank you song.
