TUESDAY, MAY 5 X-RAY X-Ray is choosing new editors for the 2015-2016 school year. If you are interested in having a leadership role on East's award-winning newspaper next year, pick up an application from Mrs. Smith in Room B215 and sign up for an interview. We are looking for people interested in writing, photography, and publication design. Interviews will take place Tuesday, May 5th. Contact Mrs. Smith for more information. SCIENCE HONOR SOCIETY This is the last week to apply for the Science Honor Society. Completed forms are due on Wednesday. Check with your science teacher or in the Science Office for applications. Science tutoring is available Tuesday in D154 as usual. VOLLEYBALL TOURNAMENT Do you like playing volleyball, and do you need a place to play it? Gather 7-8 of your friends to create a volleyball team and compete against other teams from school on May 12th from 5:30-8:30 pm in the main gym. A bracket will be made, so submit your team early to Alex Mazanke, Alexa Popiel, Collin Sheehan, or Gary King. There will be a mandatory informational meeting in LRC Section F after school today. All proceeds generated from the tournament will be donated to the Alzheimer's Association.
