part) and a predicate
(doing part).

B. Subject, verb and object
Predicates can be
divided into two parts again,
namely verb (action word) and
object (the thing that receives
the action). To find the object
you have to ask What or Who/
Whom after the verb. Note: not
all verbs have objects.
