Group Fitness Class Descriptions
CYCLE: A sweat provoking aerobic & anaerobic workout that builds muscle & endurance. Climbs, runs,
sprints, intervals, varied resistance, & many other drills that will leave your legs screaming for more.
H.I.I.T.: High Intensity Interval Training… Build strength & endurance with challenging athletic drills &
exercises. Everything from squats, pushups, Plyometric training, to other intervals that will work your
entire body.
JILLIAN MICHALES BODYSHRED™: Shed fat, define muscle, and rev up your metabolism with an intense
& effective interval/circuit workout divided into sections of 3 minutes of strength moves, 2 minutes of
cardio, & 1 minute of core.
KICKBOXING SCULPT: A combination of kickboxing moves, athletic moves, & lots of fun combinations, all
perfectly in tune to high energy music. It's the ultimate cardiovascular challenge that's a unique blend of
intense intervals, strength & endurance.
POWER VINYASA YOGA: is a combination of deep breathing & specifically sequenced sets of flowing
yoga postures. It has the ability to build strength, increase endurance, release tension, & create more
flexibility in the entire body. Baron Baptiste, the founder of this form of yoga, describes this practice as
“the perfect blend of sweat & serenity.”
PIYO™: Combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength & flexibility
advantages of yoga. By cranking up the speed it delivers a true fat-burning, low-impact workout that
leaves your body looking long, lean, & incredibly defined.
TNT & CARDIO: A full body strength training/weight lifting workout, paired up with high energy cardio
moves.
TONE & TORCH (TNT): Full body strength training/weight lifting workout, utilizing hand weights & bars to
create lean muscle mass & burn body fat. All levels will enjoy this class.
TONE & TORCH (TNT) GOLD: Fitness for older adults and beginners who want to improve their muscle
strength, flexibility, balance, & endurance.
TURBO KICK™: Cardio kickboxing & body-sculpting dance moves choreographed to the hottest music
mixes, you'll get lean, toned, & have a blast doing it! It's high intensity, fast-paced, & totally addicting!
YOGA: A flow of energizing poses focused on breath initiated movements & awareness of energy within
the body. Breath, balance, flexibility, strength, & stability to calm your mind & enhance your body.
ZUMBA : The hottest high energy aerobic workout around! An easy to follow, fiery, Latin-inspired cardio
workout that will leave you wanting more.

*All classes are designed for every level of physical fitness.
*No one is allowed into class 15 minutes past the start of the class.
*Cycle participants are to sign in at the front desk.
