KICKBOXING SCULPT: A combination of kickboxing moves, athletic moves, & lots of fun combinations, all perfectly in tune to high energy music. It's the ultimate cardiovascular challenge that's a unique blend of intense intervals, strength & endurance. POWER VINYASA YOGA: is a combination of deep breathing & specifically sequenced sets of flowing yoga postures.
