They are also pleasantly soft in daily use. Available in black/Anthracite or black/blue. Group + BMW Baby Seat with ISOFIX (pic ) The ideal seat for babies from  to  months (approx. kg). The restraint system comprises a portable baby seat shell with removable sun protection and integrated airpads as well as an ISOFIX base. The seat can also be attached without an ISOFIX base by using the safety belt. Comfortable straps with a ﬁve-point system as well as magnetic clips all make it easy to buckle up, while one-handed belt-height adjustment with a visual display ensures an optimum ﬁt. Also suitable for aircraft seats (without ISOFIX base – TÜV-Rheinland certiﬁed). 1 3 THE ESSENTIALS – AND THE ESSENTIAL EXTRAS. Group  BMW Junior Seat with ISOFIX (pic ) The Group  Junior Seat is ideal for children from  months to . years (approx. -kg). It consists of a seat shell with a ﬁve-point belt system, integrated airpads and an ISOFIX base, which can also be used for the Baby Seat + and the Junior Seat . The seat shell, together with the ISOFIX base, can be attached to the vehicle. Children are at their safest when the seat is rear-facing, although forward-facing attachment is possible. Magnetic clips, the comfortable ﬁve-point belt system and one-handed height adjustment all make it easy to buckle up. Group / BMW Junior Seat (pic ) Safe and secure driving pleasure for children from about three to  years old (approx. -kg and -cm) thanks, in particular, to integrated airpads. The backrest angle ﬁts the seat perfectly and the seat attaches to the vehicle via the three-point belt. It can be connected to the ISOFIX anchor points and features convenient onehanded operation. Additionally, patented height and width adjustment allows the scale of the seat to expand over time, exactly as required. A patented backrest folding function allows easy carriage outside of the vehicle, eg. when travelling.  Sunblind The one-piece sunblind attaches quickly and easily to the rear side windows for protection against direct sunlight. A perfect match for the current generation of BMW child seats. When not in use, a supplied nylon bag allows for easy, space-saving transport.  -  Travel & Comfort system The base attachment for this modular system simply mounts between the headrest bars and can be used for hangers, a folding table, a universal hook or an Apple iPad holder (see page ). 5  LED torch, rechargeable This pocket-sized torch can be connected to the V socket for charging.  Auxiliary heating For a comfortable, warm interior and defrosted windows before any winter drive. Activated via the Control Display and remote control incl. display and timer programming. Adjustable for height and angle, the holder can also be placed in a provided stand and used outside the vehicle. ORIGINAL BMW COMMUNICATION & INFORMATION ACCESSORIES.  Snap-in adapter Docking system for current mobile phones from Apple, Nokia, Samsung and BlackBerry®. In conjunction with the mobile phone preparation with Bluetooth interface, the adapter charges the phone while optimum network reception is ensured via the vehicle’s external aerial. Depending on vehicle equipment and the mobile phone being used in the snap-in adapter, music ﬁles stored on the phone can be played and album covers are shown on the Control Display. With the BMW Car Hotspot LTE, you and your passengers can go online with up to eight wireless devices – at the speed of LTE. All that’s required is for a SIM card to be inserted into the BMW Car Hotspot LTE. It ﬁts into a centre armrest dock or, thanks to its integrated battery, can be used outside the vehicle. If the LTE network is not available, UMTS (HSDPA) or GSM can be used. Roaming while abroad can be optionally deactivated.  Tablet DVD system Two portable seven-inch monitors for mounting on the headrests. The DVD player, integrated into one of the monitors, plays video DVDs plus photo and audio CDs (including MP format). Pictures and music from USB sticks and memory cards can also be viewed/played. Perfect sound is delivered by infrared stereo headphones specially developed for the system. They offer individual volume control, excellent sound imaging and high comfort. Also available as a single tablet DVD system with only one portable screen featuring an integrated DVD player. 1 3 4 5 6  USB battery charger A highly convenient way to charge mobile devices in the car via the cigarette lighter socket. With digital, interference-free transmission, volume control, excellent sound imaging and high comfort. 7  Digital roadmaps Up to  per cent of the road network changes every year, but with the latest digital roadmaps you are always in the picture. Depending on country version, they offer congestion warnings and RDS/TMC (Trafﬁc Message Channel) functions. Model-dependent annual updates, including certiﬁcate, are available via DVD or USB stick. Oil and solvent resistant.  Luggage compartment tie-down straps Two tear-resistant tie-down straps secure items in the luggage compartment quickly and safely. Available with two different fastening mechanisms.  Loading sill mat This padded non-slip mat folds out over the loading sill to protect it from damage. It also provides a place to sit.  Folding box The non-slip folding box can be folded up when not in use to save space. With a beige trim and BMW side lettering. An extension set for a third bike is available. The holder and bikes are secured against theft. The holder pivots down to allow tailgate access and can be folded and stored in the boot. With selected engines, a folding heat shield protects the bicycle tyres from hot exhaust gases. BMW Natural Air products are the most convenient way to create a refreshing interior atmosphere. Fragrance sticks can be placed in a special holder that attaches quickly and easily to any BMW ventilation grille. The sticks are interchangeable and the intensity of their scent can be adjusted by hand. The BMW Natural Air starter kit comprises a holder, colour-matched to the interior, and a fragrance stick in either Purifying Green Tea, Energizing Tonic or Balancing Amber. And there’s no chance of any leakage because the sticks contain no ﬂuid.  Trailer tow hitch The trailer tow hitch with trailer stability control is the perfect partner for the BMW X. Approved for high towing capacity, up to ,kg (with a tow bar download of up to kg). When the tow bar is removed, the tow hitch in not visible. Also available with a fully electric, pivoting tow bar.   Racing cycle holder, lockable Suitable for bicycles with quick-release levers on the front wheel. A holder for securing the front wheel to the base support system is also available.  Touring cycle holder, lockable Robust attachment for transporting a bicycle with a frame diameter of  to mm. Also suitable for a mountain bike with a tyre width of up to . inches.
