Presented by: Edward Enejoh
WHAT IS VISION?
Vision is the
opposite of
Blindness
Vision is the
articulated
expression of a
desired tomorrow.
It is a quality of
ambition.
Vison helps to
channel energy and
resources into laser
focus.
If you’re blind
(without vision),
you won’t see
opportunities even
if it’s wearing red
WHAT IS VISION?

Vision is a
picture of
your
destined
outcome
Vision is
literarily the
reason for
existence
Vison can be inspired by reading about the
successful. Read biographical stories.
There’s always something to learn.
You will see something, or imbibe something, which
will have an effect on a decision you will make later in
life. Study the Successful.

want to become
something, they
want to attain
Prov 23:7a. For as
he thinks in his
heart, so is he…..
The unsuccessful

“LIFE IS A DREAM,
realize it”
- Mother Teresa
1910 - 1997
Mother Teresa’s life serves as a lesson in how one can
accomplish great things by working diligently and
selflessly on small things daily. “As I often say to people
who tell me that they would like to serve the poor as I
do,” Mother Teresa said, “ What I can do, you cannot.
What you can do, I cannot. But together we can do
something beautiful for God. ”
“At the end, what
matters in life is the
history of vision”

WHAT WILL BE THE
HISTORY OF
YOUR PERSONAL
VISION?
GOALS!
Habakuk 2:2-3 (KJV)
• And the LORD answered me, and said, Write the
vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run
that readeth it.
• 3For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the
end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for
it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.
Habakuk 2:2-3 (NLT)
• Then the LORD said to me, “Write my answer plainly
on tablets, so that a runner can carry the correct
message to others.
• 3This vision is for a future time. It describes the end,
and it will be fulfilled. If it seems slow in coming, wait
patiently, for it will surely take place. It will not be
delayed.
WHAT IS A GOAL?
WHAT IS A GOAL?
The smallest unit
of a vision
The broken down
unit of the vision
The destination of
the journey
“Progress that cannot be
measured cannot be made. Where
there is no deadline, there can be
no headline because a goal is a
vision with a deadline. Anything
that does not have a date has no
right to come to pass”
- Dr Paul Enenche
YOUR GOAL SHOULD BE S.M.A.R.T
S
• Specific
M
• Measureable
A
• Attainable
R
• Realistic
T
• Timely/Time-bound
When you have a Goal and a Plan,
you increase the likelihood
of achieving your goals
by 10 times, by 1000%!
5 STEPS
TO ACHIEVE
GOALS
1. DETERMINE WHAT YOU
WANT TO ACHIEVE AND
WRITE IT DOWN
QUOTABLE QUOTES
•Only 3% of adults have written goals, and
everyone else works for them.
•Goals without deadlines are only wishes,
they will never happen.
Your goals must be in writing. They must be
clear, specific, detailed and measurable. You
must write out your goals as if you were
placing an order for your goal to be
manufactured in a factory at a great distance.
Make your description clear and detailed in
every sense.
QUESTION TO ASK YOURSELF
“What is it that I would like to achieve within
six months, one year, 3 years, 5 years, 10
years or 100 years of my life ?”
Family
Relationship
Career/Business
Personal Development
Academic

THE SECRET IS IN SEGMENTING YOUR GOALS
2. BREAK DOWN HOW YOU
PLAN TO GET THERE
• How are you planning to make your
goal a reality? You need concrete steps
to get to your destination.
•To fly from point A to B, you need to
know the route. The same idea applies
to goal setting.
•List the steps you need to take, such as
signing up for a course, studying,
reading, developing the required skills,
looking for a job, etc, and other steps
you need to implement that will take
you closer to achieving your goal.
3. SEE YOURSELF
ACHIVEING
YOUR GOALS
4. TAKE MASSIVE
DETERMINED ACTION
Take action and follow the steps on your
list. Don't just wait for things to happen.
Take any action required to bring your
goal into fruition.
Follow your intuition, new ideas and
opportunities that present themselves,
and accept help from God and people
around.
5. REVIEW YOUR GOALS
PERIODICALLY
Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly etc
• Writing a journal is a great way to keep track of both
personal, academic and career progress.
• Checking in with yourself and acknowledging the
progress made towards a certain goal is key to staying
motivated.
• Associating with a friend with similar goals or a
mentor is a great way to keep you motivated and to
make sure you hit your goal target dates. They will
keep you accountable
