ITINERARY
Day One – Departing early this morning, you’ll travel south to West Virginia
today; making a morning rest stop along with a lunch stop (at your own
expense en route. Arriving in Elkins late this afternoon, check into your hotel.
You’ll have time to relax and freshen up before dinner this evening. Your
motorcoach will transfer you to the Rail Yard Restaurant on the historic town
square in Elkins, near the train depot. Following dinner, the coach will return
you to the hotel. (Dinner)
Day Two – After a Deluxe Continental Breakfast at the hotel, you’ll depart the
hotel for the Durbin Railroad Depot. Today you’ll take a ride on the Durbin
Rocket powered by a rare steam locomotive. Your ride will take you along the
free-flowing Greenbrier River and offers many beautiful river and mountain
views in the Monongahela National Forest. Following your train excursion,
you will visit the National Radio Astronomy Observatory at Green Bank. Learn
how Radio Astronomy allows scientists to determine the origins of galaxies,
black holes, stars and planets. A picnic lunch is included here. Following your
tour, you will return to Elkins and your local guide will give you a brief tour and
history of the area. Return to your hotel to relax and freshen up before dinner.
Dinner is included this evening at a local Elkins restaurant. Following dinner,
enjoy an evening performance at the American Mountain Theatre. This live 2hour show features a mix of comedy and musical styles including country,
gospel, pop and patriotic music blending to bring you the “Freshest Sound in
the Mountains”. Following the show you will return to the hotel. (Breakfast,
Lunch, Dinner)
Day Three – After a Deluxe Continental Breakfast at the hotel, you’ll depart
the hotel for the Elkins train depot. Today you’ll take a ride on the Cheat
Mountain Salamander through unspoiled mountain scenery. Lunch will be
served aboard the train before making a stop at the inspirational High Falls.
Departing High Falls you’ll travel through the heart of the Cheat Mountain
Wilderness Area. Following your train ride, the coach will take you to the
Stonewall Resort in Stonewall Jackson State Park. Stonewall Resort is the
first state park in the nation to be developed, constructed, financed and
operated by a private developer in partnership with the state. Enjoy a scenic
boat ride on the lake as you learn about history and unique features of this
state park. Following your boat ride, you’ll have a buffet dinner in the resort’s
lodge before returning to Elkins and your hotel. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
Day Four – Following a Deluxe Continental Breakfast at the hotel and checkout you’ll depart for home with fond memories of “riding the rail” in wild and
wonderful West Virginia. Rest and meal stops (at your own expense) will be
made en route. (Breakfast)

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: All rates are based on a minimum of 30 participants per coach. Should the number of paid passengers fall
below 30, the rates are subject to change. RESERVATIONS: A deposit of $100 per person is due at time of booking in order to confirm
your reservation. Deadline for final payment is March 27, 2015. PAYMENTS: You may charge any portion or the entire amount to your
Boscov’s Charge, MasterCard or Visa. If paying by check, make it payable to Boscov’s Travel. CANCELLATIONS: A cancellation fee of
$25 per person plus any non-recoverable costs will be assessed if cancelled more than 45 days prior to departure. From 45 days to 15
days prior to departure, $100 plus any non-recoverable costs, 14 days or less prior to departure – NO REFUND. TOUR COSTS: It is
assumed that each individual will use all portions of the tour; there is no refund for unused sightseeing, meals, admissions, or
transportation. CHANGES IN ITINERARY: None are anticipated, but we reserve the right to make such changes if they are for the
comfort of our guests or due to conditions beyond our control. GRATUITIES: Your tour includes all customary gratuities for included
meals, baggage handling, local guides and motorcoach driver. RESPONSIBILITIES: Boscov’s Travel acts solely in the capacity of agent

Physician at the time of loss occurring on or after the date of application: 1) sickness, injury or death; 2) unannounced strike causing
cessation of service for at least 48 hours or weather conditions causing the same to your common carrier; or 3) unemployment termination
if with the same employer at least 3 continuous years. See coverage limits below. NOTE: Insurance Must Be Purchased with Deposit
and is Non-Refundable. Minimum of 10 people purchasing insurance required for group plan rate. If less than 10 people
purchase insurance, the premium is subject to increase.
