Christopher Müller Joins Eliza Jennings as SAIDO Learning Institute Executive Director
(Cleveland, Ohio) – Eliza Jennings, a nationally recognized and trusted expert in aging services,
announced that Christopher Müller has joined the organization as executive director of its SAIDO
Learning Institute located at the organization’s Health Campus on Cleveland’s West Side.
Müller is responsible for all operations of the SAIDO Learning Institute. He was previously the
communications liaison and facilitator for Kumon Institute of Education (Kumon) of Osaka, Japan, with
whom Eliza Jennings collaborated for a 2011 research trial and subsequent implementation of SAIDO
Learning at its communities.
“Chris’s expertise and strong understanding of Kumon’s mission have been instrumental in the
development of our relationship with Kumon, the implementation of SAIDO Learning throughout Eliza
Jennings’ network communities, and the execution of our Master license agreement,” said Vice president
of Operations and Chief Operating Officer Denise Gannon. “Chris shares Eliza Jennings’ vision to
expand SAIDO Learning to other aging services organizations across the nation and improve the quality
of life of older adults living with Alzheimer’s and dementia.”
Müller has more than 10 years of marketing and staff development experience working internationally for
Kumon. He also has extensive experience as a skilled interpreter and translator. Müller has coordinated
and managed international training programs and conferences.
Müller earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Language and Linguistics with a concentration in Japanese
from Griffith University. He is a certified English instructor and holds the highest level of certification in
Japanese language proficiency.
