says Whitney Hooper. “We have a great need of staff

“Customer service is most important for us. We want
to make sure that everyone coming into our store has
a great experience from the time they walk in the door
until they leave. Someone with previous customer
service experience is a huge asset.
“A bright personality and a positive attitude go a long
way. Somebody who can put a smile on their face and
be a strong team player is number one for us.
“At Avonlea Village during peak season, eight people
work at Moo Moo Grilled Cheese, and there are two
gardeners, two cleaners, and a maintenance person,”
says Sheela Brennan.
“We are also looking for summer staff for our cheese
making operation. For that role, we look for culinary
students or people interested in learning the craft. We
look for fun people who have a good attitude. It’s
important that you have a good sense of humour and get
along well with everybody else.”
“We have a variety of positions to fill, but the common
thread that we look for is people with a good attitude.
That is something that can’t be taught or trained.”
