providing friendly and efficient service while maintaining cleanliness and stocking levels to ensure smooth running dayto-day operations.
Responsibilities:
Stocks beverage cart with food and beverage items daily.
Operates the beverage cart throughout the golf course.
Sell food items and beverages to golf players while on the course.
Greet all guests promptly in a professional and friendly manner.
Cleans carts at the end of their shift and puts away any remaining stock.
Follows cash handling policies to account for all revenue received.
The Ideal Candidate will have excellent verbal communication skills, be self-directed, reliable, well presented and

An exciting opportunity exists for Apprentice Chefs for Paradox Coffee Roasters, a unique coffee roastery and eatery.
They require individuals who are passionate about driving quality & innovation in their culinary endeavors and you will be
part of the team from pre-launch of the venue through to full trade after launch.
Reporting to the Head Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and finishing food. Having a sound foundation of
kitchen skills you will work with an inspiring team in preparing and finishing food. Strong on food quality and consistency
of breakfast, lunch and/or dinner services you will be accountable for overseeing the temperature checks, equipment,
fridges, deliveries of produce and hygiene standards in all kitchen aspects.
Essential Criteria:
Tertiary qualifications in commercial cookery or other relevant discipline desirable
Experience in a similar role with an open and fresh mindset to evolving the food offering;
Basic knife skills, culinary techniques and understanding of kitchen equipment;
Understanding of ingredients with a focus on detail;
Good hygiene and food quality and safety standards;
Experimentation of different cooking methods for each station specialisation including line checks, close down; running
kitchen schedules, temperature checks and controls;
Good understanding and practical application of legislation including WHS and Food Safety requirements; and
An attitude of open learning and can-do attitude.
