Introduction to Cambridge Exams:
PET, FCE and CAE
This seminar is intended for teachers who are thinking of introducing any of these exams into
their schools.
These are the most popular of the Cambridge exams being taken in NRW schools, from the 8th to
13th class, but are also used and recognised in adult education, universities and companies.
We will be looking at the different levels, the typical formats, task-types and assessment criteria,
with some examples of classroom activities.
